Material Description: I offer you a generalized pedagogical experience on the use of health-saving technologies in kindergarten.
This material will be interesting and useful for educators, senior educators.

Goal of the work: To provide a preschooler with the opportunity to maintain health, to form in him the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities for a healthy lifestyle, to teach him to use the acquired knowledge in everyday life. To create conditions for the preservation and improvement of the health of a preschool child.
Tasks:
1. Preserving the health of children, increasing motor activity and mental performance;
2. Creation of a positive emotional mood and removal of psycho-emotional stress;
3. Provide conditions for maintaining and improving health;
4. To form the necessary knowledge for a healthy lifestyle;
5. To teach how to use the acquired knowledge in everyday life.
Relevance:
The GEF of preschool education sets the initial task of protecting and strengthening the physical and mental health of pupils, as well as their emotional well-being.
The phrases "health-saving technologies" and "formation of a healthy lifestyle" have taken a strong place in conversations with parents and children, in the plans of educational work of preschool teachers. But the problem still remains relevant. How should a child be raised so that he understands the importance of health and knows how to take good care of it? Adults (teachers and parents) need to start solving this problem from the earliest years of a child’s life, to solve it systematically and together.
The kindergarten is currently faced with the acute question of ways to improve the work to improve the health of children.
Analyzing the data of visits by children to our preschool institution for 2014-2016, we came to the conclusion that the percentage of morbidity in children has increased.

This small study of the health status of our pupils allowed us to come to the conclusion that the main task facing us is to reduce the risk of developing chronic diseases, to strengthen and develop the existing health resource.
Thus, one of the directions in my work, I singled out the introduction of health-saving technologies in organized educational activities, in the formation of a healthy lifestyle.
Basic principles of work:
Do no harm "- This principle is the fundamental principle in the choice of health technologies in kindergarten, all types of pedagogical and health effects must be safe for the health and development of the child

Strengthening the material and technical base:
In the gym there are: several gymnastic benches, balls, hoops, sandbags, skittles, jump ropes, gymnastic sticks.
Purchased: massage mats for the prevention of flat feet, foot massagers, health paths.

In kindergarten there are various types of card files: outdoor games, card file of physical education and finger games, didactic, breathing exercises, gymnastics after sleep, a set of kinesiology exercises, morning exercises, exercises for the prevention of flat feet and postural disorders, visual gymnastics, self-massage complexes, rhythmoplasty, relaxation exercises, articulatory gymnastics.


In each age group there are sports corners where children work out independently and under the supervision of teachers.


Work with children.
Work with children is carried out by educators, assistant educators, a teacher-psychologist, a senior educator. It includes: diagnostics; complete nutrition; organization of motor activity; creation of conditions for organizing health-improving regimes for children; creating ideas about a healthy lifestyle.
1. Diagnostics is carried out: group educators; teacher - psychologist;
2. Principles of organizing good nutrition: food hygiene; implementation of the diet; daily compliance with the norms of food consumption and caloric intake; individual approach to children during meals. Garlic and onion snacks, juices, fruits.


3. Hardening of children includes a system of events: hardening elements in everyday life (washing with cool water, airing rooms, properly organized walk, physical exercises carried out in light sportswear indoors and outdoors);
Health-saving technologies used in work with children:
1. technologies for maintaining and stimulating health:
Rhythmoplasty carried out no earlier than 30 minutes. after meals, 2 times a week for 30 minutes. from middle age.


Mobile and sports games- are held daily for all age groups, as part of physical education classes, for a walk, in a group room - small, with an average degree of mobility.

Relaxation - conducted for all age groups. You can use calm classical music (Tchaikovsky, Rachmaninoff), sounds of nature.

Finger gymnastics- carried out from a younger age individually or with a subgroup daily. Recommended for all children, especially those with speech problems. It is carried out at any convenient time interval (at any convenient time).

Gymnastics for the eyes- carried out daily for 3-5 minutes. at any free time, depending on the intensity of the visual load from a young age. It is recommended to use visual material, showing the teacher.

Breathing exercises- provide ventilation of the room. It is carried out after intensive physical exercises, as part of morning exercises or GCD for physical education.

Exercise after sleep.

Articulation gymnastics- Prevention and correction of speech disorders with children. It is held before the GCD on speech development.
Physical education minutes.- for every educational activity.
2. technologies for teaching a healthy lifestyle:
Morning exercises - carried out daily for 6-8 minutes. Three general days, Thursday, Friday - wellness for the prevention of flat feet and posture disorders, walking along the "health path"
Physical education classes are held 2-3 times a week in the gym. Early age - in the group room, 10 min. Younger age - 15-20 minutes, middle age - 20-25 minutes, senior age - 25-30 minutes.

Self-massage - is carried out in a game form daily, in the form of a five-minute lesson or in the form of a dynamic pause in the classroom.
Active rest - sports leisure, sports holiday, musical leisure, "Health Day".
Project activity "Vitamin Kaleidoscope" - in the senior group. …….
Didactic games are held in free time.
3. correction technologies:
Behavior correction technologies (work with aggressive, anxious children). Conducted by a teacher-psychologist, as a special lesson, depending on the tasks.

Psycho-gymnastics - is carried out according to special methods, 1-2 times a week.

One of the main directions in the formation of a physically and mentally healthy child is work with parents.
If we want to raise a morally and physically healthy generation, then we must solve this problem “with the whole world”, the family, the kindergarten, the public.
The following work was organized with parents:
Participation in sporting events.
Arming parents with the basics of psychological and pedagogical knowledge through psychological trainings, consultations, seminars.
A stand was designed for valeological education of parents in creating an ecological and psychological environment in the family.
Inclusion of parents in the educational process.
