Presentation on the topic: Workshop "Health-saving technologies of preschool educational institutions in the framework of the implementation of the GEF DO

Workshop

Brief annotation

The master class was designed to increase the knowledge of teachers about the importance of health-saving technologies in the lives of children. Teachers were offered for familiarization new forms of work in the educational field "Physical development" taking into account the Federal State Educational Standard. The master class is designed for preschool teachers with the aim of being interested in working in a new way.

Explanatory note

New methods and technologies are emerging, new programs are being developed, but the health of our children always comes first! It is at preschool age that as a result of targeted pedagogical influence, health, the habit of a healthy lifestyle, general endurance, body performance and other qualities necessary for the full development of the individual are formed. Today, those activities that we usually carry out, i.e. physical minutes, games and finger gymnastics, are not enough. New forms and methods of work are needed. The proposed Health-saving technologies, I hope, are familiar to all specialists. I propose a new look at traditional means of healing. In combination with health-saving methods, these funds become an effective force for solving the most important problems of maintaining physical and mental health.

The master class is designed for teachers with the aim of being interested in working in a new way. My position in education is this: “If we teach children the way we taught yesterday, we will steal tomorrow from children.” (John Dewey)

INTRODUCTION:

Currently, one of the most important and global problems is the state of children's health. Raising a healthy child is the most important task not only for parents, but also for teachers. To effectively solve this problem, health-saving technologies are used in a preschool institution. What is it? This is a system of measures that includes the relationship and interaction of all factors of the educational environment aimed at maintaining the health of the child at all stages of his education and development. In other words, these are all forms, means and methods used in a preschool institution to strengthen and maintain health. In our work we use both traditional and non-traditional methods: corrective gymnastics for the eyes, massage and self-massage, Su - Jok - therapy, breathing exercises, relaxation. There is no doubt that the methods listed above are components of health-saving technologies. And today, dear colleagues, I would like to introduce you to some of the methods. I would be glad if you use these methods in your work.

PART II: "PRACTICAL"

  1. Gymnastics for the eyes.

Vision is the main source of knowledge about the outside world, so the eyes of a child deserve exceptional attention and respect. It is relevant today to talk about those overloads on the organ of vision that a child experiences as a result of the information that has fallen on him, more than 90% of which comes through the visual communication channel. Preserving vision, teaching a child to use it rationally is the most important task of parents and teachers.

Gymnastics for the eyes contributes to a faster recovery of working capacity, effective assimilation of educational material, activation, exercise and restoration of vision.

And now, and now

All gymnastics for the eyes.

We close our eyes tightly

Let's open together.

Close tight again

And we open them again.

We can boldly show

How can we blink.

Don't turn your head

Look to the left

Look to the right.

Eyes to the left, eyes to the right

Glory exercise.

Eyes up, eyes down

Work hard, don't be lazy!

And look around.

Sit up straight.

Sit straight, straight

And close your eyes with your hands.

*****

Here is the autumn forest! (perform circular eye movements

It contains many fairy tales and miracles.

On the left - pines, on the right - oak. ( left, right)

Woodpecker from above tuk tuk. ( up down)

Close your eyes - open

And hurry home.

2. Finger gymnastics

What gives finger gymnastics to children?

  1. Helps develop fine motor skills.
  2. Helps develop speech.
  3. Increases the performance of the cerebral cortex.
  4. Develops mental processes in a child: thinking, attention, memory, imagination.
  5. Relieves anxiety

Teachers perform finger gymnastics:

We will cook compote, (The left palm is held with a "ladle",

You need a lot of fruits. Here:right index finger

hands get in the way.)

Let's chop apples (Curl fingers one at a time,

We will cut the pear.starting with big.)

Squeeze lemon juice

Drain put and sand.

We cook, we cook compote. (Again they “cook” and “interfere”.)

Let's treat honest people.

"Winter"

One two three four five,(bend fingers one at a time)

We came to the yard for a walk.

They made a snow woman.(Simulate the modeling of lumps)

The birds were fed with crumbs, (Crush bread with all fingers)

We then rode down the hill.(To lead the index finger of the right hand along the palm of the left hand)

And they rolled in the snow.(Put your palms on the table with one side or the other)

Everyone came home in the snow, (Shake off your palms)

We ate soup and went to bed. (Make movements with an imaginary spoon, put your hands under your cheek)

3 Path of Health.

Flat feet bring a lot of trouble to the child. It is more difficult to treat flat feet than to prevent, so the main attention should be paid to the prevention of this disease. For the prevention of flat feet, we use non-standard equipment made by parents and teachers. Exercises for the prevention of flat feet are included in all activities, we use different types of walking. These exercises are very popular with children, and they are happy to perform them. And now I suggest you walk along the path of health, along which our children walk barefoot.

Guests 2-3 times pass along the massage paths laid out on the floor.

4 Physical education

Stomp, bear,

Clap, bear

Squat with me, bro.

Hands up, forward and down.

Smile and sit down.

*****

Get up quickly.

Get up quickly, smile

Pull up higher, pull up.

Come on, straighten your shoulders

Raise, lower

Turned left, turned right

They touched their hands with their knees.

Sit down, get up, sit down, get up

And they ran on the spot.

5 Herbal tea

Herbal tea is a tea made from leaves, flowers and fruits of forest, meadow and garden plants.

This is one of the most ancient medicines.

Herbal tea helps to restore strength, improves immunity and vitality. Herbal teas are widely used in herbal medicine in the treatment of many diseases. In addition to medicinal properties, herbal teas have a delicate and refined aroma, pleasant taste.

Rosehip teais not just a drink, but also a unique storehouse of vitamins that gives the body vitality!

First of all, rose hips are famous for their bactericidal and phytoncidal properties. This means that tea, infusion and rosehip decoction slow down growth or completely kill pathogenic microflora: bacteria, viruses, fungi. That is why it is so important to drink rosehip tea in the midst of epidemics.

The high content of vitamins in rose hips deserves special attention. This is a real multivitamin complex: A, E, P, K, B2 and just a huge amount of vitamin C. Rosehip contains a lot of iron, phosphorus, essential oils and tannins. Due to this, rosehip tea and infusion can be used as a general tonic for general weakness, anemia, during the recovery period after an illness.

Rosehip infusion for children

This wonderful drink is also useful for children, especially those who suffer from frequent colds and sore throats, it will help you recover faster after an illness, improve your appetite, restore strength and learning ability.

Rose hips are also useful for children with dysbacteriosis and chronic intestinal diseases, it improves digestion, reduces painful spasms.

As a rule, children, even the smallest ones, are happy to drink rosehip infusion, and to improve its taste, you can add orange juice or put a slice of lemon.

Mint It has a set of useful properties and is used in the treatment and prevention of many diseases. The content of essential oil in it is 3%, mint contains pinene, piperitone, tannins. There are more than 25 plant species. In addition to menthol, mint contains ascorbic acid and carotene.

Benefits of mint include:

  • painkiller;
  • vasodilating;
  • soothing;
  • tonic, etc.

Peppermint tea is good for treating colds and viral diseases. Fresh tea will relieve headaches and migraines, eliminate the first symptoms of a cold.

For an adult body, tea with mint has a calming effect. But the effect on the child's body is not fully known. Mint, the content of menthol in it, can provoke an allergy, itching, and a rash in a child. Peppermint tea should be given to a child over 3 years of age, and preferably after consultation with a pediatrician, to avoid adverse effects.

6. "Relaxation"

The rhythm of human life in our time causes enormous physical and psychological stress. How many unnecessary, useless movements we make and expose the nervous system to excessive stress. Physical and mental stress, a surge of emotions deplete the body and one night's rest is not enough for it. We feel the fatigue of the body immediately, but we do not always pay attention to the fatigue of the brain. If you cannot concentrate on what you are doing, it means that your brain is tired and relaxation can effectively help it. Dear colleagues, and now I suggest you relax a little and have fun.

The sounds of the forest waterfall are turned on

Please close your eyes. Take a deep breath and exhale. Relax. Imagine a hot summer day. You are walking along a forest path, inhaling the aroma of herbs, listening to birdsong... And then you hear an unusual sound. You wonder what it is and you go for that sound. And suddenly a waterfall appears in front of you. Despite the scorching heat, the air is fresh here. Drops of water fall on your face, hands ... You take timid steps into the water and stand under the waterfall. The water is clean and warm. Streams of water flow down on your face, hair, gently flow down your neck, back, arms, legs. They run off and keep on running. Stand a little under the waterfall - let the water wash your face, body, take away all worries, troubles, fatigue ... You feel lightness in your whole body. Get out of the waterfall, let the sun warm and dry you... It's time to head back. Leave in memory those pleasant impressions that you managed to get from this trip ... Take a deep breath, exhale. Open your eyes. Stretch.

Thus, using each of the considered technologies, we simultaneously solve several problems: we increase the effectiveness of the educational process, we form value orientations among teachers aimed at preserving and strengthening the health of pupils. And most importantly - all this gives great pleasure.

Thanks for taking the time. I hope that the information received was interesting and useful for you.
