Ivanovo State University of Chemical Technology- a higher educational institution located in the city of Ivanovo.

Main building.

It is customary to begin the history of the university from 1918, when it was created on the basis of V. I. Lenin, who was evacuated to Ivanovo by decree. In the city, it was divided into several universities, one of which became IHTI(Ivanovo Institute of Chemical Technology). In 1980, IHTI was awarded the Order of the Red Banner of Labor, and was renamed into IGHTA(Ivanovo State Chemical-Technological Academy). In IGHTA it was transformed into Ivanovo State University of Chemical Technology.

Latest reviews of IGHTU

Anna Volkova 15:21 05/08/2013

IGHTU is perhaps the most democratic university in the Ivanovo region. Only here you can meet an incredible number of students with piercings, wide trousers and green hair. Perhaps, the effect is that it is very easy to enter this university. For some specialties, it will be enough to go over the minimum threshold and get a weak three. Apparently, the professions that are taught there are very popular, therefore budget places give a lot. For the same reason, the university is very popular ...
