Deprogramming the subconscious. Freud is resting! Energy psychology: An overview of Zhivorad Slavinsky's techniques (practice) Peat solve psychological problems on our own

Surely you have heard the phrase “I feel bad” more than once from others. It's about state of mind. It seems like, from the outside, everything is fine with a person: healthy, good family, work. And my heart is heavy...

And here he is standing in front of you, White light not nice, he sighs heavily, you can’t draw out too much words. You would be happy to help, but how? Talking is an option. But it often happens that a person dead hour talks about his problems, and you see that it does not get easier for him. Ending a conversation is embarrassing, but you don’t know what to say. I will tell you what to do in a situation where you or another person feel bad.

An indefinite state of depression occurs in almost everyone - you boil in it, spend your time and attention on it, a piece of your life passes by ... Thinking about how bad you feel or chewing on the same thing is useless. Any business, including human psychology, loves specifics.

What to do when "everything is bad"?

When once again you hear from someone “I feel bad, what should I do?” Ask:

  • what emotion are you feeling right now? “Unpleasant” is again spreading thoughts along the tree. Each human emotion has a specific name: anger, fear, grief, apathy and others.
  • what do you feel now in the body when you feel bad? "Discomfort" is the answer. “Lump in the throat”, “squeezed in the chest”, “heavy head”, “somehow cold” and similar ones are much closer to the point and to the body.
  • what is the thought in your head? What are you thinking about now? “About nothing” is an example of the desire to dismiss the problem, not to solve it. Then let him not fool his head that he or she is ill. “Everything is meaningless”, “life is wasted”, “no one needs me” - there are usually a lot of similar conclusions.
  • When you feel bad, what image appears before your eyes? What picture do you see? “You asked and for some reason my mother came to me”, “I remember how good it was in childhood” ... let him tell me what comes to mind first. A thoughtless answer is the most correct one.
  • What is your problem? “I feel bad”, “everything got me” - this is not a difficulty. “I am unworthy”, “I don’t love myself”, “resentment towards my parents”. The more specific the problem statement, the better.

You can use these steps on your own too. Usually, in the course of clarifying the condition, the person already feels better. This is noticeable in the expression of the face, eyes, improved mood, posture. Now that we have identified the four main components of the problem: emotion, sensation, thought, image, and what, in fact, it consists of, we need to work it out. There is a simple and effective method of psychology - PEAT (eng. PEAT)

PEAT. We solve psychological problems on our own

PEAT uses four points on the body:

  • chest - the point of one's "I", the point of acceptance. Located in the middle of the chest
  • the first eye - the inner corner of the eye, closer to the bridge of the nose,
  • the second and third eye sockets are, respectively, the outer corner of the eye, and the point under the eye in the middle.

It is better to carry out this method together:

  • The host asks the person to put two fingers (index and middle) on the chest point and say the phrase:

“Although I … (problem statement), I fully love and accept myself, my body and my personality, and … (problem statement).”

This is a phrase of acceptance: whatever a person is, he accepts himself as he is. This approach already changes the problem itself, and the attitude towards it.

For example: “Although I am offended by my parents, my chest is tight, and there is an image of a father who screams at me, I completely love and accept myself, my body and my personality, and my resentment towards my parents, pressure in my chest and the image of a screaming father” .

The main of the four components is sensation. Only it can be included in the acceptance phrase.

  • We put our fingers on the 1st eye point. Let a person feel his problem as deeply as possible, in its entirety, without resisting it. At the peak of the sensation, take a deep breath / exhale. Then ask: “What appeared on the exhale?”

Usually there is a new sensation in the body, or emotion, any of the four components. If a picture or image comes (for example, a home, some objects), ask: “What feelings does this make you feel?” For example, the house is sadness. And with these new components we go again to the chest point.

If nothing came on the exhale, we suggest that the person once again deeply feel the former components at the 2nd and 3rd eye points (in our case, resentment against the parents), on each of which take a deep breath. Having received new content, we go with it to the chest point.

So, passing through the points, gradually, layer by layer, the negative emotional charge and unpleasant feelings will be removed from the problem. They can come out with tears, irritation, yawning, drowsiness and other manifestations. In the end, there will be main reason situations.

Usually PEAT is carried out no more than 40-45 minutes. Fatigue may follow. It is better to end the process on a pleasant feeling.

  • At the end, ask: “What about the primary problem?” Usually her strength is noticeably reduced, or she actually ceases to exist. The person will ask again "what's the problem?" or laugh at what he considered important at the beginning of the process.
  • "Is there something that resists the resolution of this problem?" If there is resistance (opposition), then we conduct a new PEAT cycle with it.

Example: “Although I don’t believe that resentment towards my parents has passed, I completely love and accept myself…”

  • At the end of the PEAT process, Forgiveness is performed. Let him/her repeat the phrases aloud:

"I forgive God, the Universe, Higher power(let a person choose from these words what he believes in) for creating a world in which people suffer from ... (problem statement).”

"I forgive all the people and beings who took part in the creation of ... (the problem)."

"I forgive myself for having (the problem) and for staying with it for so long."

  • After forgiveness, let the person imagine the sun above him, and with each breath fill sunlight your body and your universe.

PEAT can be done daily. A kind of useful psychology for every day. Drinking water during the process contributes to the best passage of the process.

What does the PEAT technique solve?

This method of psychology is effective for problems of any kind:

  • resentment, guilt,
  • depression,
  • sorrow for the loss of loved ones,
  • psychological trauma after divorce, operations, car accidents,
  • treason
  • allergies, bad habits,
  • panic attacks, phobias,
  • diffidence
  • family conflicts
  • low self-esteem.

PEAT gives quick and long-term results, and helps to find peace of mind and peace of mind. For a more complete study, I suggest downloading free books "

Deep PEAT is one of the most powerful techniques developed over the last decade, and perhaps the most popular of the technologies developed by Zivorad Slavinsky.

The efficiency of this technique is truly amazing. It allows you to take on many fundamental problems that have bothered a person all his life, and finally resolve them within one hour. People who have been studying with psychologists for years and having very dubious achievements, with the help of Deep PEAT, are often able to solve the problem that bothered them in just one session. The rapidly growing popularity of this technique is the best proof of its effectiveness.

It has long been known that in order to finally eliminate the problem, it is necessary to find its roots and eliminate them. This is the key difficulty of most techniques, because finding the roots of the problem is a rather complicated and lengthy procedure that takes many hours. Non-root-finding techniques, such as BSFF or EFT, merely remove the surface charge and thus temporarily disable the problem, but do not permanently resolve it.

The uniqueness of Deep PEAT is that it allows you to very quickly go all the way to the root of the problem and fix it. This is achieved due to the lack of attachment of the process to the images and details of situations. The practitioner does not need to analyze a long chain of situations until he gets to the beginning of this chain. The tremendous speed of immersion is achieved through the use of energy channels (activation of certain points on the body) and the application of the so-called holographic principle, when, by erasing one charge from a situation, we remove all charges from it. This principle is most clearly demonstrated with the Instant Shock Elimination (Twist) technique, where all the charge from a given situation is erased within literally 10 seconds.

How does PEAT work?

The Deep PEAT process begins with the person stating the problem they wish to resolve during the session and the desired outcome they are seeking to achieve. Concentrating on the situation in which this problem manifested itself, the practitioner takes a deep breath and exhale, activating one of the key points with the help of the index finger. Then comes the transition to work directly with the charge that emerges in the form of thoughts, emotions, pictures or bodily sensations. Each emerging charge is processed similarly, with the help of inhalation-exhalation simultaneously with the activation of the endings of energy meridians. In this way, blockages are removed and energy begins to flow freely.

The entire further process of immersion in the roots takes place without being tied to situations that have anything to do with original problem. New sensations (thoughts, emotions, pictures) just appear, followed by the following ones, and so on, until the practitioner gets to the root of the problem.

As you know, the core of any problem is the opposition of two intentions or two goals, in other words, polarity. The problem continues to exist because there is an energy charge that disconnects this polarity, forcing us to believe and feel the opposite of these states or goals. The moment this charge is removed, the polarity that made up the problem collapses or, in other words, neutralizes, merges. At the same time, a person experiences a state of non-duality, the unity of two opposites, their inseparability and interdependence from each other. They now represent a single whole for him. At this point, the problem with which the work began is finally resolved.

The neutralization of polarity does not mean that the concepts of which it consisted will disappear from the life of a given person or that they are not opposite. Only the obsessive game between them disappears. He is no longer forced to switch uncontrollably from one polarity to another and try unsuccessfully to win against himself. On the contrary, he begins to control this polarity, and he can at any moment choose which of the positions or states to occupy. When the key polarity merges, a person understands what his whole problem rested on, and acquires a mechanism for controlling the situation.

Neutralization of Primary Polarities

Due to the ability of the Deep PEAT process to penetrate to the very depths of the problem and neutralize its root cause (key polarity), Zivorad Slavinsky discovered a phenomenon that he called the Primary Polarities or Personal Codes of a person. Primary polarities are the pair of polarities that form the most fundamental problem of a given person. This is a problem that a person faces throughout his life, and which determines how a person builds his relationship with the world around him.

Primary polarities have a key influence on a person throughout his life and form his main game. Neutralization of Primary Polarities brings this game to the conscious level and makes it manageable. This does not solve all the problems in a person's life, but it solves one of them, which brought maximum difficulties to a person. At the moment of neutralization of the Primary Polarities, a person usually falls into a very deep state of non-duality. At this moment, he is able to perceive any pair of polarities as a whole, which, in turn, is a powerful incentive for his further development.

Holistic Processing

Another feature of the Deep PEAT technology is its holistic nature. This means that during processing we work out not only the problem itself, but also everything that can be connected with it. So, after the process, the presence of any internal oppositions or resistances to the resolution of this problem is necessarily checked. Thus, all additional conflicts that may arise as a result of its resolution are identified and settled. Separately, the confidence that this problem will not arise in the future against the will of the client is checked. That is, we put under control not only the past manifestations of the problem, but also the future.

If the problem is related to relationships with other people, then we consistently work through the so-called "circular processing" all the important points of view, thereby covering the entire situation. Moreover, we are not satisfied with the speculative feeling that the problem has been solved, but we immediately suggest that we go and verify that the result has been achieved, or at least schedule such a check in the near future (depending on what the original problem is). The ultimate test that a problem has been solved is the test of life, and only life can really confirm that the problem has been completely and finally solved.

Features of Deep PEAT

The potential for Deep PEAT is very high and largely unexplored. With its help, unwanted emotional, mental or spiritual conditions can be easily resolved. Amazing results are achieved when working with various fears, phobias, addictions. The effect of Deep PEAT processing on the harmonization of relationships between people is often simply shocking. People who fought long years, suddenly reconcile and often become good friends after the processing.

Of particular interest is a number of cases when, with the help of the practice of Deep PEAT in old age, people restored their eyesight (Zivorad himself is a vivid example of this) or natural hair color. Doctors who have tried to use PEAT to help their patients note a strong improvement in the condition of their patients in more than 40% of cases, in another 30% the improvement is insignificant. Up to 10% of patients who received improvement due to PEAT recovered immediately after the process.

Convenient and environmentally friendly process

A separate positive characteristic of this technology is its convenience and sufficient ease for independent use. Seminars always pay special attention to this point, so having learned Deep PEAT you will be able to further apply this technology on your own to solve your personal problems. The simplicity of Deep PEAT is an excellent defense against errors. So, even the most inexperienced processor in the worst case will simply spend a lot of time on the process.

It is important to note that in the practice of Deep PEAT, problems are solved not due to the imposition of ready-made solutions on a person, but only due to the elimination of emotional charges and the negative states and sensations that accompanied them. At the same time, no additional opinions or assessments are imposed on the practitioner - the technique is absolutely environmentally friendly.

But still, it would be extremely incorrect to talk about Deep PEAT as only a technology for solving problems. Through the elimination of charges, the actual personality characteristics of the practitioner change. The real causes of negative and undesirable behavior are realized, which helps to really realize your actions and change yourself in better side. You become more calm, confident, responsible person. Thus, the result of applying this technology leads to the spiritual development of the individual. That is why Zhivorad Slavinsky calls his systems Spiritual Technologies.

We would not dare to call this technique a panacea, but its power, efficiency and versatility are truly amazing. Do not expect all your problems to be resolved in one session or through the merging of the Primary Polarities. For some people, on the contrary, this opens their eyes, and they begin to see all their problems, which until that time were simply ignored. In this case, the merging of the Primordial Polarities for a person is like opening a jar full of worms. But at the same time, it is a powerful incentive for further growth and development. Moreover, the tool with which you can do this and deal with crawled out worms is already in your hands.

PEAT techniques

“Zivorad Mikhailovich (pseudonym - Slavinsky) is a Serbian psychologist. Born in Belgrade, Serbia in 1937. There he studied medicine, law and psychology. Graduated from the University of Belgrade with a degree in clinical psychology.

“Zivorad Slavinsky has developed more than a dozen modern, effective techniques and continues to develop them. This section describes the techniques that I own, apply them in practice and can assist in solving problems, I also teach these methods to everyone who wants to get real results with purposeful work on themselves.

Particularly attractive, in my opinion, in the use of Slavinsky's techniques is that in order to obtain a result from working through the problem, there is absolutely no need to look for the causes of the emergence of a negative state, to think about the source of its generation, the meaning of its presence, etc. This enables the techniques to work quickly and very efficiently.

In Slavinsky's Spiritual Technologies, it is not necessary to "turn the soul inside out" in order to solve the problem.

All our shortcomings negative qualities, unwanted states and negative emotions strive for a higher goal - all without exception. When we bring them to this higher goal, which is, in essence, emptiness or non-being, they unite themselves with non-being as a whole and disappear, because the general structure of the chain, after reaching the goal, falls apart!

“Practically, the technique is carried out by moving along the chain of goals that the aspect (unwanted manifestation of our personality) that we want to change strives for. “We start with an undesirable state (aspect) or deficiency from which we want to free ourselves, and look for its first goal. When we discover it and we are going through in your self-awareness as realized, this allows us to see the next, higher goal and thus, from one goal in the chain to the next, we throw off the slavish dependence on any lack or weakness.

"This technique may seem overly simplistic, but it is surprisingly effective in practice." One of the important points of the technique is to check for the presence of opposition, after the disappearance of an undesirable state. When an undesirable Aspect is integrated, the question must be asked: "Is there any Aspect that resists or does not want the previous Aspect to be integrated?" If such an Aspect exists, then a new process is carried out with it.

By applying , one can transform a lack of personality or an undesirable state in just a few minutes.

“This is the main method of the Spiritual Technologies of Zhivorad Slavinsky. Used to work with severe chronic emotional, spiritual and physical problems.

Everyone knows that if the weed is not removed along with the root, then the work done will not lead to the elimination of the weed. The solution to the problem is also not possible without finding and eliminating its roots. This is the main inefficiency of practices that remove the surface layers of the problem, but do not resolve it completely.

“The technology of the process is that a person, having formulated his problem and having determined the goal that he wants to achieve at the end of the process, focusing on an undesirable situation, begins to sink to the source. Thus, moving from one emerging content to another, the practitioner reaches the roots of the problem, manifested as a pair of opposites (polarities) that are separated charge between them.

“And at the moment when a person experiences, re-passes through this separation, the charge is neutralized, the opposites merge (the coin has two sides, while being one) and the problem disappears.

“The polarities identified in the first Deep PEAT process are. Further, the technology of the process provides for checking for the presence of opposition: is there something that resists resolving the problem, is it possible that the problem will return in the future, if the problem is related to relationships with other people, then it is necessary to check the presence of a charge in another person.

When opposition is identified, the process must also be applied to it.

The procedure for forgiveness and activation is mandatory: «

One Deep PEAT session lasts from 15 minutes to 2 hours.

“Basic PEAT is used to work out actual problems. As long-term, current and recent problems.

For example, in such situations: headache, sadness, anger, fears, injuries, physical pain, as well as other emotional and mental suffering: time after divorce, loss, loss ...

We use Basic PEAT to quickly eliminate any negative disorders.

In a few minutes, it is possible to work out severe emotional states, phobias, fears, manifestations of addictions.

“During the process, some new problem may appear in the mind. For example, when working on pain, another emotional state suddenly appears - anger. This is referred to as "new content" and is a long-term problem, although it may not be recognized. In such a case, it is recommended to continue the Deep PEAT process.

“Sometimes when working with fears, phobias, the elimination of one or two such states leads to the disappearance of multiple, interconnected states.

The technology of the Basic PEAT process also provides for a check for the presence of opposition, a forgiveness procedure and activation: « Now that you are free of your problem and feeling good, what is the first positive action you are going to take to demonstrate that freedom to yourself?!"

The process is carried out within 5 - 20 minutes.

“Unlike Deep PEAT, where the process begins with a problem and ends with the integration of polarities, Deep PEAT-4 is applied to work directly with any pair of polarities or opposites.

The possibilities of this technology are very diverse. In addition to neutralizing the polarities of our choice, we can get rid of unwanted states and personal qualities with the help of DP-4. Integrate (embed) the character traits that we want to have, improve relationships with any person.

The technology of this process is as follows, eliminating the charge between two polar states (either desirable and neutral, or desirable and negative), which always consists of only four elements: pictures, emotions, sensations in the body and thoughts, GP-4 leaves no difference between the two opposites. The energy charge that separates any two polarities always consists of only these four elements.

"So fast and convenient way working with any pair of polarities or opposite situations, and removing the charge within 10 - 15 minutes, the processee comes to understand that in fact there is no difference between good and evil, beauty and ugliness, wealth and poverty, good and bad and etc. Many of these concepts simply disappear, and a person begins to see the world as it is, without comparing or delimiting. There is no subjective difference between the two opposite states, and the freedom to choose between them at will appears.

A valuable advantage is that it can be used not only to solve negative manifestations, but also for the processes of "Spiritual Engineering" - the creation and integration (embedding) of the necessary, necessary, positive qualities, a new personality and character of a person.

DP-4 is used to work through money problems (translates the relationship with money into more high level). Through GP 4, the techniques “Return of the Soul”, “Shadow Integration”, “Past/Future Rundown” and others are performed.

PEAT. New ways. Special Course on the Alchemy of Abundance

Introductory remarks

In 2000, I published a book called PEAT and The Neutralization of Primordial Polarities, in which I presented the results of my many years of research and application of the PEAT method in practice for a year. The results, according to the criteria of that time, exceeded all expectations: the emotional, psychological and spiritual problems that tormented the participants for many years were removed in two or three sessions. Sometimes it was possible to cure physical ailments or alleviate physical pain in the same short time. Traditional methods of psychotherapy did not give such amazing results.

Over the past ten years, several papers have been published that have opened up new avenues in the treatment of diseases, especially emotional and psychological disorders. In his sensational book Vibrational Medicine (1988), Richard Gerber cites hundreds of scientific experiments confirming the effectiveness of alternative therapies, providing the theoretical basis for therapies such as homeopathy, acupuncture, and meridian energy therapy, which have largely narrowed the gap. between science and esoteric practices of therapy.

I developed the original form of PEAT (short for Primordial Energy Activation and Transcendence; PEAT - Primordial Energy Activation and Transcedence) based on one of the so-called energy therapies that has proven itself at the turn of the new century, namely - Emotional Release Techniques Gary Craig (EFT - Emotional Freedom Techniques). These techniques involve tapping 13 acupressure points on the body in sequence with the fingertips while the problem is being treated. This type of therapy has an alternative name - "tapping therapy", or "Knock Knock Therapy"(tapping therapies).

In the process of applying energy therapy, I very quickly discovered its main drawback: working with one problem, we received a set of more and more new problems, which, contrary to the ideas of practitioners, were not different fields of the original problem, but represented a qualitatively new chain of connections on a higher level. level. This chain stretches to the source of the problem, then opening a higher level of consciousness, where there are no problems whatsoever.

After several days of practice, I created Deep PEAT, which surpasses all known energy therapies and psychotherapy in its content, giving a visible and more lasting effect. PEAT is associated with energy practices only in a historical context, as it is a Spiritual therapy and at the same time a system of accelerated improvement of the spirit.

The PEAT system is akin to a living organism, as it continues to change and improve throughout the eleven years of its existence. Her current appearance is significantly different from how she looked at the very beginning, which I tirelessly repeat. Today it is a Spiritual technology that allows a person to go beyond the dualistic consciousness in which he is located and resolve his chronic emotional and psychological problems, moreover, the fundamental life problems. The technique allows you to do this in a short time and in most cases less than 60 minutes.

The PEAT system consists of four levels: Basic PEAT, Deep PEAT, GP2, GP4. At any of these levels, a person learns to solve their own problems and becomes a processor, that is, someone who can quickly and effectively remove the problem of another person.

On basic level(Basic PEAT) the participant works on three acupressure points and at the same time concentrates on his problem, that is, dramatizes (experiencing the current negative state deliberately intensively) and uses alternative technique. The result makes itself felt much faster than it happens after the application of psychotherapeutic methods.

At a deep level (Deep PEAT), the practitioner concentrates on the disturbing experience and opens each subsequent link in the chain that brought the person to the current state, thereby revealing the root cause, the root of the problem itself. Such a technique is able to find the source of the problem, because it allows you to penetrate into the deepest layers of the being, and this is nothing but the consciousness of emptiness - Tao, the Great Unmanifested, the Cause of All That Is, David Bohm's Unmanifested Order. Sessions last from 10 to 30 minutes. When we find the root of the problem, it disappears, as a rule, irrevocably.

The most important achievement of Deep PEAT is that this technique helps to discover, realize and integrate the Primary Polarities (PP), or primes already during the first session. We often refer to them as a person's personal codes. The moment you become aware of and integrate them, the polarity neutralization occurs - the realization of a long-held dream of medieval alchemists and Jung's analytical psychology. As soon as you see the reflection of one primary polarity in another and vice versa, they merge into a single whole.

Neutralization of personal codes solves the fundamental problems of life forever. If you follow all the steps of Deep PEAT correctly, you can't avoid it even if you wanted to. This technique frees a person from the destructive duality of the world and personality.

Until recently, only a select number of people were aware of the importance of integrating personal codes. The reason is very simple: Neutralization of primal polarities was a secret practice within the tarot systems, medieval alchemy and the occult. Taoism and Zen Buddhism emphasize the process of neutralization. In addition, Kabbalah basically contains the neutralization of opposites. Thus, practitioners must neutralize the opposites and bring them to the level of control or awareness of the central point, which combines both oppositions, called the "Middle Pillar". The basic principle of alchemy is also the neutralization of opposites, which in this discipline is called "sacred fusion". This principle can also be found in one of the six directions of orthodox Indian philosophy - Advaita Vedanta. The word "advaita" is literally translated from Sanskrit as "non-dual", "non-dual".

Since I created PEAT, hundreds of people have been able to integrate their personal codes and get rid of the fundamental subconscious problems that have haunted them throughout their lives. As a result of this practice, they managed to radically change their lives for the better.

The theoretical substantiation of the existence of primary polarities is still at the initial stage of development. When the Spiritual Essence from the unmanifested world (Brahma, Shunyata, Tao, Quantum Vacuum) for the first time passes into the manifested world of matter, energy, space and time, it establishes two energy pillars at the entrance - yin and yang. These two pillars determine the main content of the Spiritual Essence. And from that moment between them begins great game life.

Spiritual Essence, the essence of which is Quantum Vacuum, Shunyata or Emptiness, creates subjective reality by making decisions. As soon as the decision ripened in the Void is realized, it immediately plunges into the Void and disappears. For example, if we decide to buy something and buy it, then at the time of the action - the purchase - the decision disappears. That's why they say that once you get what you want, you stop wanting it.

The problem arises when our decision to be someone, to do something, or to have is not realized. At the moment of failure, the Essence decides to defeat, but the original decision does not disappear anywhere, since it is part of the Atman, or Spiritual Essence. From that moment on, the two decisions - the initial decision and the decision to defeat - oppose each other and create unpleasant emotional fluctuations. When the solution fails, negative energy is thrown out or a negative charge is created. He separates these two solutions and makes them incompatible, although in fact they are two fields of the same phenomenon. As we experience so many defeats over many lives, the negative energy separating the two decisions gradually builds up, and it seems that at this stage of life, the two decisions are opposite and fundamentally different. For example, wealth and poverty, health and disease, and countless other opposites.

Thus, in the spiritual world of a person, a huge number of opposite polarities coexist, but only two of them are primary, or Primes: the first yang and yin, two energy pillars that the Essence establishes upon entering the material world and between which It passes, when this world leaves.

In their development, which is infinitely stretched in time, the main polarities are multiplied by an infinite number of other polarities so that absolutely everything in the Universe acquires its polar opposite.

The personal codes of the Essence are its main cherished goals, which She longs to achieve, forcibly torn between them and alternately choosing the goal of one or the other code. These are the most powerful points of attraction. Different people have different personal codes, although they may be the same for a group of people. So far, I and my assistants, PEAT processors and trainers, have discovered 80 personal codes, and every day we discover new ones. I would like to once again draw attention to the fact that the two most important characteristics of the life of the Entity in the Universe are compulsiveness (compulsion) and unconsciousness. Primes create a very unpleasant emotional experience. A person, like a pendulum, unconsciously swings first towards one prime, then towards another, asking himself why he should do what he does not want to do.

It is important to understand that primary polarities are not stable positive or negative attitudes, they are more like alternating polarities. electric current. At a certain period of life, one of the polarities seems positive (a person longs to achieve it), while the other, in turn, is negative (a person tries to avoid it). But over time, the polarities change their charge: the one that was previously positive becomes negative, and vice versa.

The following statement is important both for the development of the Spiritual Essence and for Everyday life: You will not be able to solve the fundamental problems of your life until you integrate your personal codes. With the help of various spiritual practices (work on yourself, meditation, etc.), you can only dull the severity of the problem or temporarily reduce its energy, but sooner or later the problem will again grow in your mind. When you integrate your codes and look back at your previous life, you will see many forced and unconscious fluctuations from one code to another. Eastern sages of antiquity teach us that for a person acting within the framework of a dual consciousness, every thing, phenomenon or action can appear contradictory and paradoxical so that at the same time it is both what it really is and what it is. they are not at all, that is, their opposite. Unity Consciousness delivers us from such contradiction.

It is naive to believe that the integration of primes will solve all human problems. Only the fundamental problem is solved. There are many other problems based on duality, but these are also solved quickly and easily with Deep PEAT. Hui Neng, the illustrious sixth Zen patriarch of China, pointed out to his students the 33 basic opposites that they needed to integrate. “Once you succeed,” he said, “you will forever get rid of any imbalance in speech, feelings and behavior.”

The PEAT system is a heuristic development system that is constantly being improved, discarding obsolete obsolete elements and acquiring more advanced new forms. Today, PEAT is very different in content from its original form and has little in common with the principles that were established at the very beginning. Once again, PEAT is essentially a spiritual therapy that works with the emotional, psychological and spiritual components of the personality. The end point of the development of the system is boundless, since the neutralization of the PP is only an intermediate step on the way deep into oneself. After the integration of PP, some people gain the ability to see and realize the so-called Great World of Tibetan Yoga (Quantum Vacuum, Tao, the Cause of Everything, etc.) or corridors parallel worlds. Now we are standing on the shore of the vast ocean of infinity, trying to see what awaits us on the other shore.

Precursors of the PEAT system: Meridian Therapy

I presented a detailed historical outline of meridian therapy in my first book on PEAT, so in this chapter I will limit myself to describing the very essence of the concept, especially since nothing has changed since then, which is quite natural for the facts of the past.

Meridian therapy owes its appearance to a greater extent to Roger Callahan, a psychologist by training, who was fond of psychotherapy with early youth because of the phobias that haunted him from early childhood.

Callahan created Thought Field Therapy (TFT) applying his practical psychotherapeutic experience. One of his patients suffered from severe aquaphobia (fear of water); numerous therapeutic sessions did not bring positive results for a long time. Since Roger Callahan was a master of acupressure, it dawned on him that certain points could be affected in some way, and he asked his patient to tap the points located in the middle under each eye with her fingertips. Very soon the patient's fear of water disappeared. After a series of experiments with various acupressure points, Callahan developed his own unique method.

The success of this method attracted the attention of professionals - psychologists, psychiatrists, doctors who visited training seminars Callahan and provided him with scientific data, contributing to the further improvement of new technology. From the methods of Roger Callahan, several related systems of meridian therapy have subsequently evolved.

Basic principles of meridian therapy

Basically, these types of therapy imply an impact on a person’s energy to eliminate psychological and emotional disorders. Supporters of this method argue that the main causes of such disorders are violations of the human energy field (aura). Initially, mental disorders manifest themselves at the neurochemical, cognitive and behavioral levels; a deeper degree of manifestation - violations at the energy level. Violations of the human energy field always lead to the appearance of emotional and psychological problems and various diseases.

The use of energy principles in the field of psychotherapy and alternative methods of treatment represents a huge leap in the development of these important areas, since it allows them to be considered on a qualitatively different level. Until recently, psychology worked with various mental disorders using methods similar to those of classical physics, in other words, it tried to establish a causal relationship between two phenomena. In quantum physics, which studies the relationships between nuclear particles at the subatomic level, causal relationships cannot be established. At this level, change can occur spontaneously and independently of each other. Since thoughts exist in the energy field, and negative emotions reflect disturbances in the human aura, it can be assumed that, by their nature, emotional and psychological phenomena are quantum processes. Thus, psychological problems are solved much faster if they are considered from the point of view of disturbances in the energy field, and not from the standpoint of the search for cause-and-effect relationships. A change in the structure of the energy field that underlies a particular problem can lead to a complete cure, or at least a positive shift in spiritual consciousness.

The aura of people who are emotionally and physically healthy can be compared to a quiet river with a smooth and harmonious flow. Injuries and problems that a person faces throughout life make changes to the measured flow of energy flow. They create whirlpools and places with an increased or decreased level of energy flow. According to the teachings of traditional Chinese medicine, this imbalance provokes unwanted emotional states.

Aura is a field of vital energy, which in the early and modern teachings of East and West is called differently: Ki, Chi, Mana, Prana, Od, Orgon. In traditional acupressure theory, Chi is a vital energy that originates partly in our internal organs and partly enters the body from the cosmic environment through acupressure points and respiratory organs. This point of view is also accepted in most methods of alternative medicine.

Studies have shown that the strength and structure of the aura that surrounds the human body depends on physical health and emotional state. In addition, it has been found that a person can change the quality of his aura with the right thoughts. A concentrated thought can be represented as electromagnetic field emanating from the human body, and, according to experiments, similar thoughts in different people give similar models of fields. A thought sent from one object (sender) to another (recipient) produces a directly proportional increase in the strength of the recipient's electromagnetic field.

Meridian therapy is able to treat the energetic disturbances that underlie emotional and psychological disorders. When the disturbance in the human energy field is removed, which happens quite quickly due to the quantum nature of this phenomenon, unwanted emotional and psychological states also quickly disappear.

Alternative medicine is improving rapidly. As practice shows, these methods are also applicable to spiritual growth, which has increased significantly due to this approach. This is precisely the essence of the PEAT system as a Spiritual technology. Its main goal is the spiritual growth and liberation of the Essence, the discovery of new dimensions of being and new worlds in the spiritual Universe.

How the PEAT system was created

In order for you to understand how the PEAT system was created and how it developed, I will allow myself a short digression into my personal history. Most of my regular readers know that despite having a bachelor's degree in psychology, I've been doing "it" (alchemy, occult beliefs, and the philosophy of eternity) for over 55 years. I practiced yoga, Kabbalah, Tarot, Gnostic Intensive, different types meditation and many other practices of spiritual development. Over the past forty years, I have written and published 25 books on yoga and modern spiritual technology systems. Basically, they are practical guides.

In 1990, I developed my first system of Spiritual Technology, which I called Excalibur(not to be confused with Captain Bill Robertson's system of the same name). Subsequently, several more systems appeared, all of which are described in my books. An overview of these techniques can also be found on my website www.spiritual-technology.com.

About ten years ago at the Advanced Skills Development Center in Santa Barbara, USA, I met a woman from whom I first heard the name Alan Walter and his theory of individual "codes". I got carried away with this theory and contacted the Knowledge Center in Dallas, which belonged to Alan. Unfortunately, the cost of the course turned out to be incredibly high (400-500 dollars per hour, and on average it took 10-15 hours to reveal their personal codes). In addition, to justify such a high price, the procedure itself was complicated for no apparent reason. The listener had to read multi-volume descriptions and listen to audio recordings of lectures. The entire material weighed over six pounds, a fact that Alan Walter was immensely proud of. Trying to find a way out of the situation, I asked for a discount. In exchange for a discount, I offered to write and publish a book on "codes" after I mastered the technique. My offer was rejected. And now I'm very glad that we didn't make this deal, because it motivated me to create my own system, PEAT, and discover the primary polarities, which saved me time and money.

After I published my method of discovering and integrating primary polarities in Internet resources, I had a very unpleasant conversation with Mr. Walter, as a result of which we found out that we call different concepts with the same word “codes”. There was no point in continuing the conversation.

While I was developing my own methods, my thoughts kept turning to individual codes. I often discussed them with my family members, who, fortunately, were my main "scientific assistants": my wife Jadranka (Alda), my daughter Ivana and my sons Philip and Srjan. My sister Bojana, who passed away in 2009, also participated quite a lot in our conversations. " Listen my wife once said, if the codes accompany the Essence throughout the entire temporal and spatial path, they must be present now, in real life. Take a closer look at what is happening to you in this life, to your main problem, and you will find them there.».

I was surprised by the simplicity and clarity of this assumption. I was also surprised that I didn't think of it myself. Her words gave me food for thought. As a result, I discovered the primal polarities when I least expected through my new PEAT system.

In 1999, a friend of mine learned about meridian therapy and came to me to discuss this method. After his visit, I began to think about the codes again, and against my will. I looked again at all the materials that were stored on my computer. That night I was visited by a huge number of memories and new ideas. I had to get out of bed six or seven times to write them down. It turned out that they were closely connected with my past experience and knowledge, and very soon a coherent picture appeared before my eyes. From the depths of memory surfaced data published in 1971 by the then popular author of books on occult practices, Frank Rudolf Young, in a work called The Secret of Spirit-Thought Magic. In this work, he argued that physical and emotional traumas are fertile ground not only for diseases of a different nature, but also serve as a decisive factor in the development of psychic abilities and clairvoyance in people who were not previously gifted with anything like this. Thus, Young writes in his book: It should be noted that most people with paranormal abilities did not inherit them, but, on the contrary, acquired them as a result of severe physical suffering or severe psychological trauma.».

According to Young, in the remote past the secret of developing such abilities was known to a limited number of initiates in Babylon and Colchis. The main way to reveal this talent in oneself was to gently tap the area of the head with a finger in order to inflict a slight injury on oneself, provoking strong emotional excitement, deep rapid breathing, leading to hyperventilation of the lungs. Yang had few followers and his teachings were soon forgotten.

I remember a large number of such ideas, which I learned from a variety of sources and through experience. In my mind, all this data echoes the developments of Callahan and other researchers who have created their own methods of meridian therapy. Quite unexpectedly, I discovered the main drawback of these methods. By morning, the PEAT system was fully developed. In some ways, it resembled the existing ones, since it originated from them, but at the same time it was fundamentally different in the interpretation of the main elements and significantly surpassed the methods of meridian therapy. These important differences make it valuable not only in terms of therapy, but also in terms of spiritual development. All effective systems are dynamic, subject to constant growth and development. In the practical application of any system, new ideas constantly arise, and the grossest but most common mistake is to reject them in order to preserve the orthodoxy of the system's dogmas.

A day after the creation of PEAT, I cured my allergy with it, from which I had suffered for 20 years. It was a severe nasty allergy to fish and seafood. I managed to get rid of her in 20 minutes, and my whole family, who was present at the same time, was extremely surprised.

On the same day, I began to use the system to treat severe chronic emotional disorders in my friends and acquaintances. For example, identity issues, inferiority complex, shyness, feelings of tension and/or fear in the company of strangers… the list goes on right up to fear. public speaking, phobias, panic attacks, inability to take responsibility, procrastination, self-doubt and much more. In most cases, the problems quickly went away, sometimes in an incredibly short time - in 10, 20, 30 minutes. Sometimes it took two sessions, especially with emotionally closed people, but I never had to spend more than three sessions to solve this or that problem.

I also worked with problems such as asthma, migraines, back pain, neck pain, menstrual pain, joint pain, etc. During this period, my sister complained of blurry vision; the ophthalmologist said that it was due to age-related changes, so there was nothing he could do to help. In two five-minute sessions, we removed this problem forever.

Typically, practitioners different kinds Therapies do not get positive results immediately, but in the PEAT system, in most cases, a positive effect occurs after two short sessions, occasionally later. The reason for this, it seems to me, is the fact that I am not trying to address the pain, disorder, or problem directly. On the contrary, I am trying to uncover the root of this or that state and the negative attitudes, the so-called metastructures, that are behind the problem. When you apply PEAT, various layers of the subconscious penetrate into the field of consciousness and form links, chains among themselves. They represent the crux of the problem.

During the first weeks of using PEAT, the thought of finding personal codes through the system did not occur to me. However, I soon stumbled upon them by accident. Accidental, of course, is not the most accurate word, because when a person is completely absorbed in his research, there are no accidents. Generally speaking, if a person has been busy looking for a solution to a problem for a long time and has a determined intention to find what he is looking for, then this can only be done by a miracle. Such a miracle, of course, can be explained by subconscious barriers or a sudden lack of inspiration, which leads to an inability to see the existing connections between phenomena and phenomena.

As I said before, I was able to solve serious problems quite quickly with the help of the PEAT system. The third session with my daughter Ivana was surprisingly long. I was nervous, because she got bogged down in the swamp of her emotions more and more, and it was not possible to get out of it. She got worse and worse, she despaired and did not know what to do. I kept asking myself: "What did I do wrong?" Deep PEAT, which at first seemed incredibly effective, now left us both completely bewildered. At some point, Ivana's despair reached an extreme point. "I don't understand your questions, she shouted, What language are you speaking? I don't understand a word!"

To my great relief, after a few minutes, the problem was solved, and my daughter immediately brightened up. For her, at that moment, the physical world, which she had avoided all her life, and the spiritual world, to which she aspired, merged into a single whole. She was amazed; her whole life flashed before her eyes. The cause of the problem was the same game in different variations that she played. The playground has been the primal polarities, her first yin and yang, ever since she incarnated in the physical world. In the process of this beautiful purification, learning the secrets one by one, she uttered words filled with positive emotions: “My God, these are the very first values that were given to me. No, no, not the first, there was nothing before them! And now these two worlds are not opposite, but united. There is no difference between them! They are One!

At that moment, I did not realize the value of either the experience she experienced or its inner essence. I thought she just solved her problem on a very deep level, nothing more. I was wrong. Fortunately, I did not stay long in this delusion. The very next day I did the same work with my wife and sister, and they both neutralized their primary polarities. After that, it became clear to me that I had discovered a new unique method for neutralizing primary polarities, or primes.

I was fourth in line, my wife led the process. Other people followed, who were members of the group with which I honed my technique.

It is important to note the following: if a person wants to reveal the deep causes of his problems or undesirable states with the help of a technique that penetrates the very depths of the being, he must first reveal his primary polarities, even if he has never thought about them and has never heard anything about them before. . When, with the help of Deep PEAT, the patient reveals his primary polarities, the opposites are neutralized, and the person sees the reflection of one primary polarity in another and vice versa. They become an inseparable whole, that is, One Whole. If at this moment you ask the client the so-called " Security Question”, namely, whether he is able to separate the two polarities, he will answer that no, he is not able. But if you ask the same question to a person in an ordinary state, then he will naturally answer that he separates them. And that is not all. A person will not be able to feel the merger of the PP into the One Whole. This is a significant difference between PEAT and other systems, which generally lack the integration of polarities, and their creators and practitioners have no idea about personal codes. Here lies the great advantage of the PEAT system, because without the neutralization of the codes it is impossible to get rid of their heaviest pressure.

In 2007, Anatoly Tikhomirov published the book "Indestructible Force". Some parts of an earlier version of this text are given in this article.

Zivorad Slavinsky is a high-class specialist from Serbia who has been studying various techniques for working with consciousness for over 40 years. In Belgrade, he collaborates with the Omega group, where he constantly tests his own and other people's techniques. For 40 years, he has managed to identify the strengths of a number of techniques, as well as find effective solutions that have not been used anywhere before.

In 1999, in Belgrade, Zivorad developed the Deep Peat energy therapy technology, which remains the most effective of his arsenal to date. Deep Peat allows you to confidently solve personal problems at the deepest level in a matter of hours or even minutes, and shows stable and long-term results.

Zhivorad has dozens of written books and a number of highly effective technologies, this
- Deep Peat;
- DP-4;
- Method of instant neutralization of injuries and shocks;
- Aspects;
- Breathing through measurements;
- Gnostic intensive;
- Sanyata;
- Past/future rundown;
- Psychokinetic bending of spoons;
and many others.

Despite the abundance of technologies, in this book I describe the application of only the first three of the list, because they show the strongest results. We need results, right? :)

In August 2007 Zhivorad came to Russia and held a seminar for processors for the first time.

Brief overview of Slavinsky's technologies
Zivorad Slavinsky's technologies are part of the so-called "energy therapy" group. The forerunners of these technologies are the TAT, EFT and BSFF you may know. However, Slavinsky took only the essence of them - as a result, his techniques turned out to be little like their predecessors. They use multiple acupuncture points and deal with energy and charge issues, but that's where the similarities end.

Zivorad Slavinsky has developed more than a dozen effective techniques. To date, there are three of the most effective of them, which, with purposeful work, show incredible, but absolutely real results - Deep Peat, DP4 and Krutilka.

Deep Peat (Deep PEAT)- solves emotional, psychological and spiritual problems by finding and integrating the polarities that underlie it. Deep Peat successfully removes the resistance to solving the problem, the possibility of its return in the future, and neutralizes the contribution of other people to its existence. Deep Peat can also be done from the perspective of other people.

Deep Peat is the main technique in Zhivorad Slavinsky's arsenal, as it allows you to solve emotional, psychological and spiritual problems at the deepest level: it finds and neutralizes a pair of polarities that underlie it.

Basic Principle of Deep PEAT lies in the fact that in the process of work, he does not linger on the material found from the subconscious (as classical psychotherapy does), but digs "deep" and takes out a charge that is even deeper. And so - until finding the deepest roots of the problem - a pair of polarities.

One Deep Peat session lasts from 15 minutes to 2 hours.

DP4 (Deep PEAT 4)- Unlike the previous technique, DP4 allows you to integrate any two polarities of your choice. DP4 has a huge scope - integration of actual polarities according to the list, improvement of relations with other people, liberation from the past and future, integration of positive character traits.

DP4 removes all charge that is between polarities in the subconscious. Any charge consists of only four elements: pictures, emotions, sensations in the body and thoughts (in the subconscious, there really is nothing else but this four). As a result of the DP4 process, no difference remains between the polarities on a subjective level. At all.

Probably DP4 is the most efficient technique For independent work.

One DP-4 session lasts from 10 to 60 minutes, the time decreases in proportion to your experience.

Method of instant neutralization of injuries ("twist")-

neutralization of any negative episode from the past within 1-2 minutes. It is used for the initial cleaning of the past from negativity, shocks and traumas, as well as for liberation from "sticky" negative states.

It takes no more than 3 minutes to process each episode from the past using this method.

Please note that Slavinsky's technologies are not medical procedures, nor are they anything like psychotherapy or Scientology. The work does not use the mind at all with its associations, reasoning, assumptions and desire to understand. They are rather technical procedures for removing the charge from the subconscious, which, when properly applied, show the expected results.

All three techniques work perfectly in pairs (client-processor), but they can also be used in SOLO mode (which I have been successfully doing for quite a long time). I want to draw your attention to the fact that the most difficult technique for independent work is the Deep Peat technique, since it requires a certain level of concentration and self-awareness. On the other hand, DP4 and spinner (with enough practice) work in SOLO mode even faster than in pairs.

Energy therapy has another important benefit. If the client does not want to tell the processor about his problem or an unpleasant episode from the past, the process can be carried out "blindly". Because these techniques do not work with historical causes and events; all that is needed for work is an energy charge in the present, consisting of pictures, emotions, sensations in the body and thoughts.

The main part of the book is devoted to the possibilities and practical work with these three techniques.

Comments

  • Part 1. The possibilities of energy therapy

This is the theoretical section of the book, and in it I described the main ideas, principles and techniques that are used in the energy therapy of Zivorad Slavinsky.

    1. Polarities

If you carefully look around, you can see that we live in a dual world. Almost everything around has its opposite. But we must face the truth: opposites exist ONLY in the head. Moreover, the same pair of opposites may be relevant for one person and irrelevant for another.
I am like this - I want to be different
    I don't have much money ($X) - I want a lot ($Y)
So bad - but so good
    I'm sad - but I want joy

From the point of view of energy therapy, polarities exist as long as there is a “charge” in the subconscious of a person that separates them. If you remove the charge, then the polarities automatically "collapse" (like magnets, between which the barrier was removed).

After integrating any pair of polarities:
    On a subjective level, the difference between them disappears. The difference can be remembered using memory and mind, but in essence they become one;
    Some part of the "stuck" energy in the subconscious is released;
Personal problems are solved, and a person gets rid of a number of internal restrictions.

All three techniques use the concept of polarity: a pair of opposing concepts, emotions, or states that creates problems.

Deep Peat solves the problem by integrating the main pair of polarities that underlie it. (See the next chapter - "Integration of Primary Polarities" - about the most charged pair of polarities in a person's life)

DP4 removes charge between two polarities of your choice. The Practice section has several chapters on how to choose polarities to solve specific problems.

The method of instant neutralization of injuries (Krutilka) - integrates any negative with a neutral state (with "yourself, here and now"). This technique also has a number of interesting ideas for work in the "Practice" section.

Again, polarities only exist in the human mind. And a person can evaluate any two phenomena as opposite only at the subjective level. In the same place (in the head) you can remove this difference.

The main part of the book is devoted to how to integrate polarities, bring your subjective world together, eliminate personal limitations and solve your problems.

  • 2. Integration of primary polarities

At the heart of any problem lies the charge between two different concepts. Usually problems are created by such pairs of polarities as "good" - "bad", "want" - "should", "like" - "dislike" and so on. If you look closely at any problem, it can be decomposed into one or more of these pairs.

However, according to Zhivorad Slavinsky (and before him, some ancient philosophers, mystics and alchemists) - in the life of every person there is one pair of polarities, which leaves the biggest imprint on the course of his entire life. Such a pair is called Primary Polarities (Primes for short).

Primary Polarities govern the unconscious and obsessive play of man. First, one polarity becomes the biggest and most desirable goal, and the second, on the contrary, becomes a negative goal that should be avoided. Over time, these polarities reverse like an hourglass. The first polarity changes from positive to negative and vice versa. As a result, a person unconsciously pulls in the opposite direction. Until some time later, the polarities reverse again.

Common situation? If such a polarity stands in the way of your goal, the goal is unlikely to become a reality.

I will give a few examples. Let's say the girl's primary polarities are "love" and "freedom". At first, she makes every effort to find her love. However, when she is next to her loved one, the girl realizes that she is not free. From that moment on, her most important goal is freedom at any cost, even to the detriment of personal relationships. Some time later, the girl gets freedom, but understands that happiness is not in freedom. And from that moment on, he is looking for love, again to the detriment of his freedom. After integrating her primary polarities, the girl is freed from the unconscious tossing between them and is free to experience love and freedom at the same time.

I will give another example of the influence of polarities from my own life. For a very long time I was worried about the pair “comfort” “discomfort”. At one point in time, comfort seemed to me something desirable, and I tried to avoid discomfort. After reaching a certain level of comfort, they changed places. I understood that comfort was not at all what I needed, and in every possible way I brought myself into a state of discomfort (in order to force me to do something). Once in an uncomfortable state, my polarities changed their sign again, and I again sought comfort. After integrating these polarities, the question "I'm comfortable or uncomfortable" just didn't make sense to me. I felt that comfort and discomfort are the same state, the only difference is what label my mind puts on it. Now I have no unconscious need to evaluate my condition with the help of these words, and the problem of comfort and discomfort has ceased to exist for me.

In approximately the same way, other polarities affect a person, for example, such as:

    I - others
    Strength is impotence
    Creation - Destruction
    Material - Divine

    and others

Of course, you should not expect that the integration of primary polarities will solve all your problems. Any "normal" person is polarized in many directions, and the elimination of one pair of polarities will not return him all freedom from internal restrictions. However, the neutralization of the strongest (primary) polarities allows you to gain personal freedom in so many life issues.

What are primary polarities and how to find them?
Primary polarities are the most charged pair of polarities in humans. Primary polarities can be found and neutralized through the Deep Peat process.

Between the primary polarities is the largest charge, so it is the primary polarities that emerge during the first session of Deep Peat. But since the charge between them is maximum, it turns out to be more difficult to neutralize them than all subsequent pairs. Primary polarities do not need to guess or make assumptions - they will be found by themselves.

According to Zivorad Slavinsky, primary polarities cannot be integrated independently. And although Deep Peat can be done SOLO (alone), I agree with him. The fact is that there is really a very large charge between the Primes, therefore, during their integration, the mind loses orientation and the person “floats away”. Here, an experienced processor is needed to bring the person back into the process and bring the integration to the end. Another reason is that you need some experience to be successful in SOLO mode, and it is best to get it while working with the processor. It is likely that someone has been able to find and truly integrate their Primes on their own, but this is the exception rather than the rule.

  • 3. Quick resolution of personal problems

With the help of Deep Peat technology, you can effectively solve personal problems that stand in the way of your ideal life and make sure that they will not return. Deep Peat successfully works with emotional, psychological and spiritual problems and eliminates their deepest roots. In this chapter, I have described a short algorithm for solving problems using this technique.

The vast majority of techniques do not solve the problem at the deepest level and do not neutralize the pair of opposites that underlie it. Therefore, "solved" problems often come back. Classical psychotherapy studies the historical causes of a problem and tries to solve it by finding events from the past. Energy therapy is not interested in the historical causes of the problem, whatever the events that preceded it. If the problem exists here and now, it means that there is already some energy charge in the subconscious that feeds it. Deep Peat deals with problems at a higher level and eliminates the charge, no matter how it was created. Finding and neutralizing a pair of polarities, which are the energy roots of the problem, eliminates the problem entirely in 90% of cases. If something remains of the problem, then you can achieve its final elimination using the algorithm described at the end of this chapter.

    Subjective problems

It is necessary to pay attention to the following. Deep Peat works with personal and subjective problems, not with the phenomena of the outside world. These are the very subjective problems that are in the head and make you react to essentially neutral phenomena with the help of negativity.

Let me give you an example: "It's raining" is a phenomenon. The problem may be my attitude towards rain: “Rain makes me sad”, “I hate cloudy weather”, “Puddles around me annoy”.

Another example: "Not enough money." Again, this is not a problem, this is a phenomenon. The same amount of money can be valued differently by different people. While some people live comfortably on $200 a month, others are stressed out when monthly income is less than $100,000. Several problems can revolve around this phenomenon “I am afraid of losing money”, “Money does not like me”, “I don’t like that relatives criticize me because of money”, “I don’t feel safe”, etc.

Once money problems are eliminated (see the chapter in the "Practice" section), money as such is no longer a problem. After that, a person of his own free will can continue to work on their number without stress, nerves and worries.

It does require some level of awareness to correctly identify and name a subjective problem, but this is usually not difficult. Alas, PEAT is powerless in the face of problems that you are not aware of. But if you can name your problem (albeit not very accurately), then you can work with it.

    physical problems

Another remark concerns physical problems. On the one hand, any disease or problem of the physical body is a phenomenon, and the problem will be the attitude towards this disease. But on the other hand, most health problems have emotional, psychological and energetic roots. Thus, physical problems can be solved with the help of Deep Peat, which is confirmed by Slavinsky himself, periodic messages on forums and mailing lists. The most commonly reported are improved vision and getting rid of allergies. However, physical problems usually have a whole list of emotional roots, so finding and eliminating them can be a non-trivial task. So far, there is no clear algorithm for solving problems with the physical body using Slavinsky's technologies, but apparently this is a matter of time. In the meantime, it is possible to independently find the emotional aspects of physical problems and eliminate them using available techniques.

An algorithm for solving any emotional, psychological or spiritual problem:

    1)Problem
It is necessary to take the problem and conduct a Deep Peat process for it. The process can end in two ways: the neutralization of a pair of polarities or the Pleroma. Pleroma is a powerful positive state during which there is no neutralization of polarities, but it signifies a solution to the problem.

At the end of the process, in the vast majority of cases, the problem is completely solved, and the problem statement becomes a meaningless set of words and often causes laughter. However, sometimes the problem remains. In this case, you need to proceed to the next step:

    2)Resistance
If the problem is not solved, then there is some resistance to solving the problem. In this case, it is necessary to take this resistance as a new problem and eliminate it with the help of Deep Peat.

    3) Future
Is there a fear (fear, anxiety, ...) that the problem will return in the future? Usually it does not remain, but if there is such a fear, it must also be eliminated with the help of Deep Peat. I want to note that if you conduct several sessions in a row, then all subsequent sessions usually take much less time.

    4) "Circular" processing
Finally, it is necessary to see if there are any people or beings that contribute to this problem? If there is, it is necessary to imagine yourself as this person or creature and work out the problem on his behalf.

I will give a simple example. Imagine that you are now not you but money. And feel how money feels towards you? The same question can be asked in relation to people from the immediate environment. Sometimes a domestic cat or even the entire universe can resist solving a problem. Removing such charges is a guarantee that the problem will not return in the future. Although I repeat - sometimes after the first process there are no charges left on other creatures.

    5)Forgiveness
After solving the problem, forgiveness is usually carried out: oneself, other people and the universe (God). This is not a mandatory procedure - but it greatly helps the "mind" to stop clinging to the problem and let it go with a clear conscience.

  • 4. Elimination of shocks and unpleasant episodes

Every "normal" person has a lot of negative episodes (and sometimes even strong emotional traumas or shocks) that are unpleasant or painful to remember. Often, such episodes slowly but surely affect life, and the person may not be fully aware of this impact.

The memory of an accident can be stressful while driving. An unsuccessful episode in personal relationships in the past can affect relationships in the present. Conflict at school can cause or contribute to low self-esteem.

Some episodes discharge themselves over time (time heals), but this is not always the case. Even if a person has not remembered an unpleasant episode for ten years, then returning to this episode can bring a sea of negative emotions. And if such an "undischarged" episode is in the subconscious, it negatively affects a person and, with the help of its charge, imperceptibly creates personal problems.

Zhivorad Slavinsky has developed an outrageously simple technique (“twist”) that allows you to get rid of the negative charge in one specific negative episode within one minute. The technique is so simple that I usually give it to clients at the very end - so that the mind does not resist too much and does not say that "it's impossible." With the help of the "twist" you can defuse not just unpleasant episodes, but also truly shock situations associated with death, rape or injury.

"Krutilka" is based on two principles:

    1) The principle of the hologram.
This property of a hologram is widely known: any part of the film contains the entire image. If, for example, we take a hologram of an apple, cut the film into 20 unequal parts and illuminate any of these 20 pieces, then on each of the parts you can see the whole apple.

In the same way, the "twist" works with time: if you take a situation that lasts 15 minutes, choose the most charged frame from this situation and make it motionless, then you can continue to work with this frame just as successfully as with the whole situation.

    2) Polarity principle
A situation contains negative emotions only when it is separated from the person by a negative charge. After integrating the most important frame with the “here and now” self, the charge leaves, the polarities integrate and the negativity disappears.

In order to feel the result of the "twist", it is necessary to evaluate the negative from the episode on a 10-point scale. For example: "Resentment, 9 out of 10", "Hatred, 10 out of 10", "Injustice, 7 out of 10".

If the procedure is performed correctly and without errors, a minute later, a solid zero remains from the negative, and you can calmly talk about an unpleasant episode without emotions and unpleasant experiences.

The "Practice" section describes a number of useful tasks that can be solved with a "twist".

  • 5. Rundown of negative states

The rundown of negative states frees a person from unpleasant emotions that are repeated with noticeable frequency.

This technique does not work with abstract negativity, but with some specific negative emotion that is "stuck" and does not want to let go of a person for a long time. The word "rundown" can be translated as deliverance, a return to a state when there was no "sticky" negativity yet.

Here are some classic examples of "sticky" emotions: Anxiety to be without money. Many people experience this anxiety, and the presence of anxiety does not depend on the amount of money they have. These may be people from different backgrounds and have different incomes. It's just that once they experienced this particular anxiety, they didn't deal with it, and the emotion stuck in the subconscious. After that, day after day, a person worries about this topic.

Another example of stuck emotion is the fear of people in power. (In particular - the fear of his boss). Many people, at the sight of a person endowed with power, cease to be themselves, become numb, slow down, lose their words, cannot adequately respond and talk. The reason for this problem is the same: once having experienced fear, a person did not deal with it. And now the fear is stuck in the subconscious and returns every time as soon as an opportunity arises.

Another example is irritation with a loved one. You can often see (especially in parent-child relationships) that one person loves another, but there is irritation in the background that frankly interferes with the relationship. Irritation stuck and, unfortunately, does not go anywhere. The rundown of negative states allows you to quickly remove this particular irritation.

I want to point out that rundown, like other Slavinsky techniques, does not work with the historical causes of problems, as classical psychotherapy does. We are absolutely not interested in the case in childhood, when a person first experienced a negative state, when it "stuck". Rundown works with the charge in the subconscious that has already formed in the present, and simply removes it on an energy level.

A few words about negative emotions in general. It would be wrong to evaluate negative emotions in themselves as good or bad. Negative emotions are just a signal that a person's ego gives on some occasion. And then the person himself decides whether to respond to this signal or not. Perhaps one can say that emotions are the language in which the Ego, as an adviser, advises a person and expresses his point of view. But for such an ideal situation, a person needs a high level of awareness. In the same case, when the Ego "hammers" a person with the same negative emotion day after day (and this frankly interferes with life), it's time to run a rundown and get rid of the constant presence of this negative emotion in your life.

As another example (the attention of "pick-up artists"), we can cite a rundown of fear of meeting girls. If a young man, for example, is afraid to talk to a girl, it is this particular fear that can be removed with a rundown. And that particular fear will never appear again. Of course, I want to point out that one rundown of one specific fear does not solve the problem with girls. But, nevertheless, if you take a few specific problems that are constantly present when communicating with girls and process them, they will simply cease to have an impact and significantly free your life from the complexes and restrictions that prevented you from doing what you like. Whatever you like to do.

    Negative States Rundown Algorithm

The negative state rundown is, in its essence, the integration of some episodes from your past from the future with your essence. If you remember about the polarities - there are two polar concepts of "I" (object) and something in relation to which I feel negative (subject). After the charge is removed between them, the integration of the subject and the object takes place, they become one. As soon as they become one, the process between them (negative) disappears. The emotion is released, which means that the person is also freed from this emotion.

If you dive into the technical details, integration can be carried out either using the DP4 method or using the “twist”. "Krutilka" works faster and allows you to carry out a rundown within literally ten minutes.

I will demonstrate its algorithm in the following example. Let's say you are annoyed (instead of annoyance, you can take any other sticky emotion).

First you need to remember an episode from the past where you experienced exactly this irritation. (The earlier that episode occurred, the faster the rundown will pass, but by and large this is not essential). After that, integrate the episode with yourself (using DP4 or "twist"). After integration, you need to remember any other episode where you experienced the same irritation. And also defuse it (integrate with yourself). After that, remember another episode from the past, where you experienced that same irritation, and again integrate it with yourself. After that, remember another episode from the past... and so on.

Sooner or later there comes a moment when you will not be able to find a single episode from the past where you experienced that same negativity (in our case, irritation). Sometimes it is necessary to discharge 5-6 episodes, but, as practice shows, on average, after integrating three episodes, nothing remains in the past.

Now we move on to the future. It is necessary to imagine a situation in the future where you can possibly experience that same irritation. Just imagine this episode and defuse it again (integrate it with yourself). After that, you need to imagine another episode in the future, where you can experience that same irritation - and again defuse it. After a few times you won't be able to imagine any situation in the future where irritation is possible.

I had cases when, after processing the past, clients could not imagine a single episode in the future at all with their stuck emotion. As statistics show, on average, 3x episodes from the past and 2x from the future are enough.

A few words about the results. After a rundown of a negative emotion, it usually doesn't come back into a person's life at all. This does not mean that the person will no longer be annoyed at anything (for example, if you processed an annoyance towards a child, this will not remove annoyance at people on public transport). It's the same with anxiety - if you've been processing anxiety about being out of money - then it's possible that you'll experience anxiety on a different topic. Or you may experience a similar emotion related to money (such as fear). Fear is another emotion, and it ranks slightly higher than anxiety on the scale of emotions, but it can also be removed with a rundown.

Some people are afraid to stop feeling emotions altogether and therefore bypass all emotional methods a mile away. I want to reassure you that the “rundown of negative states” does not impose a limit on the emotional scale. On the contrary, it removes the unconscious attachment to the negative and gives the freedom to experience it at will. And since a free person usually chooses the positive, he leaves the negative and rises up the scale of emotions.

In fact, the negative states rundown is not a pure Slavinsky technique, it was invented by a person you might know with the virtual name "tapakah2001". Zivorad Slavinsky prefers to handle such situations using Deep Peat technology. There is some sense in this, because. Deep Peat solves problems at the deepest level. On the other hand, one Deep Peat session takes much more time than a rundown, and with the help of a rundown, you can significantly free your emotional state from various stuck emotions in a fairly short time.

  • 6. Setting Desirable Traits

Perhaps every person can say to himself: I am like this, but I want to be different (I want to be better, stronger, more confident, calmer, happier, more successful, etc.). In fact, “I am like this, but I want to be different” is the real polarity. These are two polar concepts that cause tension in a person. In other words, a person is "stuck" in one state and cannot voluntarily move into another. Stuck in one role and cannot voluntarily play another role. If you remove the charge that stands between these two roles, then a person gets the freedom to switch between them at his own will.

Imagine what your life will be like when you can enter the desired state at will: a successful person, a productive person, a confident person during negotiations, and so on. Again, this can be any image that you like, but which you cannot enter of your own free will right now.

Setting desirable character traits is not setting in the classical sense of hypnosis or NLP. Hypnosis introduces attitudes: "now I'm super rich and super successful, now I can do anything, I'm cheerful, joyful and positive." It's completely different here. If some belief is imposed on a person there, even if it brings a result, then here a person receives another degree of freedom between his current state and the state that he wants to experience. After that, he can switch between two states at will.

In fact, with the help of this technique, a person can remove the internal restrictions that prevented him from entering a certain role, and continue to play this role at will at any convenient time.

I want to dwell on the roles in a person's life. An ordinary person can freely switch between their usual roles. At work, he is an employee, at the wheel - a driver, in a store - a buyer, he can also freely be a friend, a child, a parent, and so on. Nothing prevents him from switching between these roles in a split second. For example, switch between the role of a driver and an employee. If a person sticks in any one role, then he can no longer be called mentally healthy. For example, it is known that every hospital has its own Napoleon. He is "stuck" in the role of Napoleon and cannot voluntarily enter into another role.

But if you look at the roles more broadly, then, perhaps, every person in life has roles that he cannot freely play at any given time: the role of a millionaire, the role of a successful person, the role of a confident businessman, a lover, or whatever he wants to become. . So desirable character traits can be thought of as roles - like a suit or clothes that a person wants to wear but cannot. Now you can expand your wardrobe.

Setting desirable character traits does not automatically make you a superman. But, again, it gives you the ability to switch between different roles, even those that are not available to you right now.

    Indiana Jones Method

In order to gain the freedom to enter a new role, you can choose the role of another person. If there is a person in your environment whose quality you would like to adopt, calmly experience and manifest at your own will, you can do this using this approach.

Zhivorad Slavinsky called the installation of desirable character traits "the Indiana Jones method." A few years ago, Zhivorad had a client who asked: "I want to feel like Indiana Jones feels in such and such a film. I want to be as confident, courageous, strong, successful, and so on." And, as the client said: "I have the most favorite episode in the film, when Indiana Jones rides a hill at sunset, the whole world is at his feet, he radiates this feeling from himself ... - I so want to feel like he! But I can't."

Slavinsky suggested that he integrate two states: on the one hand, the image of Indiana Jones from the film, on the other hand, the neutral state of the client here and now. Before the process began, the client could not freely switch from the state of here and now to the image of Indiana Jones. However, he got this freedom immediately after they removed all the charge between the two images with DP4. During the year, the client wrote letters to Slavinsky "how cool it is, I can enter this state at any time, and nothing prevents me."

    Expansion instead of movement

People are constantly changing throughout their lives. The absence of change is death, existence, it is not life by and large. But now I'm talking about something else. There are two main approaches to changing the personality for its growth.

The first is movement. There was one person who worked on himself for a long time - he became a different person. For example, a poor student worked on his personality for a long time and became a successful businessman.

In fact, in our world there is a sea of opportunities. They can be represented as a large sheet of paper on which everything is located. On this sheet, there was originally a small frame that snatched out a small area denoting a poor student. And this "poor student" slowly moved the frame to another area of the sheet of paper, where it says "successful businessman." Surely many of you know that such an advance is quite painful, because the Ego of a person resists any changes. In fact, the poor student at this particular moment has died, he is no more. Another person appeared. The death of the ego, even such a small one (the person just left one square for another), it was a painful process.

But, besides movement, there is another principle of approach to development - this is expansion. Imagine that the frame has expanded several times and now it captures both the "poor student" and the "successful businessman" at once. Now a person can freely switch between the two roles within the boundaries of this frame. Nothing prevents him from playing one role at one point in time, and switching to another at another point in time. By his free will.

Now, setting desirable character traits is an extension. Expansion of consciousness, expansion of possibilities and boundaries of a person. A model of behavior is not imposed on him, he has the freedom to switch between all the models available to him. In fact, you can add any role to your arsenal and enter it at any time.

The technical side of the process

DP4 removes charge between two polarities: either desirable and neutral, or desirable and negative. Moreover, the desired state (desirable character trait) can be taken from another person. In fact, this is your state, it is in your consciousness, but you are projecting it onto another person. If you dive a little into the DP4 technique, then the subconscious charge that separates these two states consists of only four elements: picture, emotion, body sensations and thoughts. I want to draw your attention to the fact that there is nothing else in the human subconscious at all. The energy charge that separates the two polarities consists of only these four elements. After these 4 elements are removed with the help of DP4, the subjective difference between the two roles does not remain for a person and the freedom to switch between them at will appears.

  • 7. Round and round processing

Energy therapy looks at any problem in terms of the charge in the subconscious mind. Moreover, a person usually places the main charge on himself - this is his personal attitude to the problem. But very often people place part of the charge outside themselves: on other people or beings. For example: “I think my friend thinks badly of me,” and there is nothing I can do about this feeling, even if I feel great about myself. Another example: I feel that my mother does not like my work, although there is no negativity in my attitude towards work.

To remove such a charge, it is possible to conduct the process from the point of view of another person, group of people or beings. For example, I can associate with my friend (imagine that I am him) and conduct the Deep Peat process on his behalf. After such a process, the negative charge (belief or feeling that a friend thinks badly of me) disappears.

Interestingly, doing the Deep Peat process on behalf of other people usually changes their behavior! Here you can go deep into the theory, and find many explanations why people begin to behave differently. Either Deep Peat makes changes at the global level of awareness in the general information field... Or I stop responding to the previous behavior of a person, the vicious circle breaks, he stops receiving feedback on his previous behavior, and starts to behave more freely... Whatever The explanation you didn't choose is not very important. The main thing is that circular processing works, it removes the charge from the other person's point of view and this makes a significant contribution to solving problems both at the subjective level and in the objective world.

By and large, in order to solve a personal problem completely and irrevocably, after the Deep Peat process, it is necessary to see if there are other people or beings that contribute to its existence. Very often, these people can be relatives (who always have their own opinion J) or friends, acquaintances, colleagues, and so on.

My fellow processors had a few funny cases. A colleague worked with a client who, after the Deep Peat process, responded, “Yes, I have a pet cat and I feel like she is reluctant to solve my problem.” That's the charge she had in her head. And They did the Deep Peat process from the cat's point of view, and thus removed the charge from the cat's point of view. This may sound crazy, but nevertheless, the girl placed a real emotional charge on the cat and was afraid of the cat's reaction to the fact that the problem would disappear.

Another case - a colleague told - the girl had a fear of the dead. And after the fear decreased, it turned out that the dead were categorically against solving her problem. She associated herself with the "dead", conducted the process on their behalf. It turned out that they were not at all scary, but simply lonely, and did not wish her any harm. After that, the problem completely and irrevocably disappeared.

    Replacement Processing

Circular processing and replacement processing are very similar, and both take away an energy charge from the other person's (or being's) point of view. Whereas circular processing is used to clear all perspectives on my personal problem, replacement processing is simply working with another person to solve their personal problems. without his participation. If I know a person with a personal problem, I can do the Deep Peat process on their behalf without them even knowing it. And in the vast majority of cases, his problem is reduced, and most likely, completely solved. This is such a powerful thing... Now I'm not going to prove why this is happening - I'm just talking about the facts.

Perhaps some readers have a question of ethics - how ethical it is to solve personal problems for a person. How ethical is it to spend an hour of your time in order to deprive another person of his beloved cockroaches? And after all, maybe this was his most important karmic problem, which he had to go through on his own, and then suddenly, without making any effort, it disappears ... Here's what I think on the subject. When medicine appeared centuries ago (conventional medicine that worked with the physical body), similar questions also appeared in the minds of people. “If God created a person and sends him a disease, is a doctor entitled to deprive a patient of this disease? In the end, society came to this answer: “if God created a disease, he also created medicine to treat this disease.” (Now I say no about God as such, I describe the public point of view on medicine).

Approximately from this point of view, I approach the issue of energy therapy and replacement processing: it's just that here work is not done with the physical, but with the human energy body. If energy therapy appeared, then for some reason it is needed. And if I do not have the opportunity to conduct the process in person to close people, I can reduce or remove the energy charge from their subconscious with the help of replacement processing.

To give you an idea of how round and round processing works, I suggest doing a little experiment. Imagine that you are not you, but money. Associate with Money and (let's say your name is Petya) and ask yourself: what do you (Money) feel about Petya? And there may be many surprises. Someone can feel fear (we are afraid of Petya, or Petya is afraid of us), someone can feel contempt, someone can feel love, and someone can feel apathy or boredom, and so on. Thus, there is some entity (Money) on which you have placed a charge. And if you remove it, it will cease to influence your relationship with money or with another person who is involved in this process.

In the end, I want to pay attention to another interesting issue: during circular or replacement processing, integration of polarities occurs. What are these polarities? Mine or the person from whose point of view I was working? Although such processes remove the energy charge from another person or entity, they integrate the polarities of the client - that is, the person who performs the process. Therefore, doing circular/replacement processing from a different point of view for the client is no less useful than doing a regular Deep Peat process.

If it is tempting to claim that circular processing integrates the other person's polarities, then one might ask this question: what if I do Deep Peat from the perspective of my car and in the process find and integrate the two polarities? Whose polarity is it, mine or my favorite car? Of course, these will be my polarities, but during this process, the emotional charge that I placed on my car also disappears.

  • Part 2. Practice

This section describes the ideas and experience of the practical application of the Deep Peat, DP4 and Twist methods to break free from personal limitations and develop personal effectiveness.

    1. We archive the past

The past of an ordinary "average" person is like a large unsorted attic with rubbish, which is very painful to look into. And this rubbish from unresolved situations from the past slowly but surely affects a person's life every second. Therefore, perhaps the most important step to remove personal limitations (and gain freedom from cockroaches and past events that support our unconscious and unwanted reaction to the world) - as soon as possible to hand over the past to the archive. So that it turns into an uncharged bank of information, and ceases to have a negative impact on human life.

The impact of the past on human life
As for the past, "unreviewed" episodes usually consist of many negative situations related to parents, family relationships, school, college, army, work, and so on. All unanalyzed events have an impact on life, because they represent a certain charge in the subconscious. It is a fact that past events have already shaped your personality, influenced who you are at the moment. But the fact is that they continue to contribute to your limitations and limit your freedom every day. And this will continue as long as there is an energy charge associated with the past in the subconscious.

The unresolved past, first of all, affects your emotional background. If you look at the simplified classical scale of emotions (death, apathy, grief, fear, pride, neutrality, acceptance, love, joy and peace), then most people, as statistics show, are below the level of fear. The emotional background is the emotion that you experience most often within 24 hours. The fact is that your past has a significant impact on the emotional background, so one of its neutralization already gives you the freedom to rise higher on the scale of emotions.

Also, the past has a significant impact on your self-esteem. And as long as the past affects self-esteem, by definition it is impossible to raise it to a high level. There will always be some events from the past that you identify with. And even if you remember them once every 5 years or didn’t remember them for a very, very long time, they are there. And they take away part of your attention during every decision. Every time you need to make any decision, your self-esteem is associated with events from the past and changes in accordance with them. And, since the average person has a lot of events in the past in which their self-esteem has suffered, thanks to the unsorted past, the self-esteem of many people is under threat.

Finally, the unresolved past has a significant impact on your attention. Attention to the things you do every day. If the ideal working state is to be "here and now", to work on one thing and completely surrender to it, "to be in the flow" - then each charged event from the past takes away part of your attention. As a result, the ability to concentrate is lost, the person becomes distracted. And absent-mindedness, in turn, gives rise to a bunch of other problems: irritability, chronic fatigue, and so on.

Yes, I scared you a little ... but it's all true: the charge in a person's past significantly limits him from day to day. The good news is that archiving the past is very easy and very, very, very necessary.

    Let's archive the past

If you recall Carlos Castaneda, he also proposed a mechanism that allowed you to get rid of the vulgar and put it in the archive. His technique was called "recapitulation" and was to erase his past every day for five years. Every day, sit in a wooden box, and from right to left, review every event in your life. Good technique, but 5 years... it's inefficient. J

With the help of Slavinsky's technologies, it is possible to archive the vast majority of events from the past in a few days of hard work.

Zivorad Slavinsky invented an extremely simple technique called "the method of instantly neutralizing injuries and shocks from the past", in a word - "twist". This method not only works with traumatic and horrifying episodes from the past associated with death, rape and disasters, but also allows you to remove the charge from absolutely any past episode within a minute.

Let me give you an example: my very good friend quarreled with a girl and, for several hours, while we drove around the city by car, he told me how bad it was for him that they had quarreled and parted. When we had a few minutes - I demonstrated the "twist".

    - "Remember the episode when you had a fight. What do you feel there?"
    - "I feel terrible HATE!"
    - "Please rate that very hatred on a 10-point scale?"
    - "Eleven!!!"

A minute and a half later, after he performed the "twist", I asked to evaluate the hatred from that episode again. With round eyes, he asked, "She couldn't just disappear?!" He once again rated the hatred on a 10-point scale. It turned out to be a solid zero.

Thus, the twist, if performed correctly, allows for a minute and a half to completely discharge the episode in such a way that it can be calmly told about it as an ordinary and neutral event. If at first the story about the event causes a storm of negative emotions and poisoned your life, then after a twist it turns into a neutral episode, which no longer means practically anything.

Another interesting fact about the "twist". It is called a "twist" because there is torsion around its axis 3.5 times. When I asked Slavinsky - "Zhivorad, tell me why exactly 3.5 times?" - he replied: “In alchemy there is a very ancient symbol - a snake wrapped around a bowl. In the original symbol, the snake wraps around the bowl 3.5 times. I tried - it works. We've been doing that ever since."

    Algorithm for clearing the past

When you learn how to do the twist, you will be able to archive the main events from the past in just 1-2-3 days. The time depends on how hard you work.

It is necessary to take a pen and paper and write out all the episodes from the past in which there is some negativity. In order to effectively complete this task, I recommend: break down your entire past by years, remember all the events that happened to you in each particular year. It also makes sense to write:
about all the people you interacted with that year
o all the places you have visited.

People and places will help you quickly remember the main events of your life.
It’s easier for someone to write out events and immediately discharge them, for other people it’s the other way around: first create a long list, then work through it. Be prepared for the fact that in one day you are unlikely to remember all the significant events from the past. Therefore, I recommend keeping the list at hand: as soon as you begin to dive into the past, events and episodes during the day will themselves pop up in your memory.

I think that you can remember about 100 significant events. And if you spend a minute and a half cleaning up each event, that's about three hours of pure work time. Taking breaks into account, you can finish the work in 2-3 days.

Although the spinner is an absurdly simple technique, removing charge from the past with it is perhaps the most important step in removing personal limitations.

The last important detail: after you neutralize an event from the past, then I recommend using the "twist" to defuse the images of all significant people from this event and the images of places associated with it. This will allow you to quickly get rid of unnecessary emotional attachments.

    Positive

"Krutilka" can eliminate not only negative events, but also positive ones, so I do not recommend eliminating all positive events from the past. (Or rather, I recommend it - but only for advanced ones. And)

In fact, the positive can contribute to the existence of the problem. Therefore, if you feel that some positive event is preventing you from living (the present may seem unpleasant compared to a strongly positive event from the past), then I also recommend that this positive episode be archived.

A classic example is "unrequited love". A person clings and does not want to let go of the pleasant feeling of falling in love, but suffers as a result. If the events associated with this "unhappy love" are defuse in a few minutes, a person gets freedom from emotional attachment to another person and his emotional background improves significantly.

Let me give you another vivid example from Slavinsky's experience: the client had a problem - gambling. He played slot machines, wasted all his time and money and couldn't stop. During a conversation with Slavinsky, it turned out that a few years ago a really positive event happened to a client: his acquaintance won tens of thousands of dollars in slot machines. At that moment, the client imagined that now the whole world is at his feet, you just have to hit the jackpot. This most positive charge from the episode in the past turned out to be the cause of gambling addiction. After they discharged the positive from that event, there was no trace of the problem left. The client entered the gaming hall for the last time and realized that he no longer needed the machines.

As for the elimination of all positive events in the past - decide for yourself. If you have pleasant memories of sunbathing on the seashore, you can leave them; but if these memories do not allow you to spend the winter calmly in central Russia, then it is better to defuse them than to suffer quietly until the next vacation. and

    Past-Future Rundown

The past-future rundown is another technology of Zhivorad Slavinsky, which allows you to eliminate absolutely the entire conscious charge from the past and future of a person.

Unfortunately, the rundown does not always work and not for everyone, and even Slavinsky does not name the exact reasons. However, working through the past with a twist and neutralizing the primary polarities significantly increases the chances of holding a past-future rundown.

From a technical point of view, "past-future rundown" is the integration of several episodes from the past and future with a neutral state of "here and now" using DP4 using a special algorithm.

As a result of the past-future rundown, a person experiences a state where the past and future turn out to be an obvious illusion created by him at the present moment. What happens there: firstly, a person no longer has the main charge from the past; secondly, within an hour a very large charge is eliminated, so the past and future of a person practically disappear from consciousness. As a result of this vacuum, "collapse" occurs, the past and the future simply disappear.

At the same time, the past and the future simply lose their charge and are "surrendered to the archive." They remain a set of uncharged memories, and the person is free to recreate them in the present moment or not.

  • 2. Eliminate personal restrictions

The bulk of the limitations are within the person. This is the very charge in the subconscious that does not give you the opportunity to act freely, but makes you unconsciously react to various events in the surrounding reality. And the elimination of this charge, by and large, is the elimination of your restrictions on the path to a free and preactive life.

If you have a specific, absolute and precise feeling that something is preventing you from moving forward, developing, or something specific is preventing you from living the life you want, it is best to immediately take this specific feeling and process it with the help of Deep Pat-a. I am sure that many of you can name the main problem that limits you and prevents you from living. But by and large, one session of Deep Peat is not enough to eliminate all the limitations in your life.

As mine shows personal experience and the experience of my colleagues, the following algorithm works great to eliminate personal limitations:

    1) Past
The very first step is to archive the past. (See previous chapter). I repeat that the past has the most significant negative impact on your present, and you need to start with it.

    2) Setting Desirable Qualities
Further, Zivorad recommends writing down all the qualities of your personality that you lack and integrating them into yourself. That is, it is necessary to remove the charge between them and their opposite. (See "Setting Desirable Traits" for details.) All this can be done with a few DP4 procedures. I recommend writing down 20 essential qualities (more is possible, less is not worth it) that you lack. Moreover, these can be either your personal qualities that you rarely show, or qualities that you want to borrow from other people. If you already know the DP4 method, then each session will probably take you about 15 minutes, which means integrating 20 qualities is 5 hours of independent work. This item can be easily dealt with in 5 days, devoting one hour to work every day.

    3) Self-esteem
The biggest contributor to personal limitations (after the past, of course) is your self-image. Moreover, low self-esteem is not one problem, it usually consists of a whole bunch. various problems. Therefore, I recommend not to delay, but to create a list as soon as possible and write down the main problems and beliefs that limit you. In order for you to notice a significant result and its impact on your life, it is enough to find and solve 7-10 main problems related to your self-esteem (what you feel and think about your limitations). It is necessary to fully work out these 7-10 problems using Deep Peat according to the full algorithm (first the problem; then the internal resistance to getting rid of the restriction; then the fear that the restriction will return in the future; then work out the point of view of other people and beings who contribute to problem; and finally, carry out the process of forgiveness).

When you do multiple sessions of Deep Peat in a row, all sessions from the second session onward take much less time than the first. If, for example, the first session took you one hour, but each subsequent session can take 15-30 minutes.

    4) Other people's points of view
Again, self-esteem, but from the point of view of other people. It is really your opinion that you feel what other people think about your self-esteem. Write down everything that you find in your mind. Write down all relatives (how they treat you, is there any charge), all friends, colleagues and neighbors.

And it doesn't have to be real people. You can observe the following situation: a beloved grandmother suppressed the initiative. Grandmother died a long time ago, but there was a feeling of grandmother's voice in my head "don't do this ... it won't work ... carefully ...". Therefore, I recommend that you write out all the people in your environment who you think are limiting you and work through their point of view with Deep Peat.

If we are talking about removing restrictions in business, then I recommend doing round-robin processing of all people who are involved in the business. And it can be not only specific people, but also collective images:

    Employees.(Management, partners, subordinates)
Competitors.(Either specific competitors, or their image: what do you feel, competitors feel towards you)
Clients.(Often, in business, thoughts about customers confuse, slow down and do not allow you to work and develop normally. Therefore, for your peace of mind and efficient work, I recommend that you conduct round-robin processing from the point of view of your customers. Imagine that you are a client, what do you feel about to you and your business?
government or government agencies.(In Russia, many people experience stress when thinking about power)

Why is this needed? Rather, I will ask another question: why drag the burden of these problems with you, spend part of your attention every second on what others think. It is easier to free your attention from the negative points of view of people and groups. And do what you like, completely surrendering to this process.

    5) Fear
The last but very powerful thing that you will have to deal with when removing personal limitations is fear.
And here's why: your ego's main and last line of defense is fear. More than anything, the Ego is afraid to change. Irreversible change is the biggest fear of the Ego. The thing is, when the ego changes, your consciousness and your personality change, and the old personality dies. The ego is very afraid of death.

After you get rid of the basic personal restrictions, changes in your personality are inevitable. You become a freer person, you begin to be more free to do what you like, what you think is right, what your conscience says, you begin to take better care of your needs, and so on. As the practice of people who are engaged in work on their personality shows, fears will almost certainly creep up. When the ego sees that you can no longer be established by the usual methods, it turns on the fear.

There is a catchphrase: "be careful with your dreams, because they may come true." So, when you come to the border where nothing stands between you and your dreams, fears appear.

The good news is that fears can be dealt with just like any other problem:

    A) If serious and deep fears of something specific are revealed, for example, the fear of success, wealth, freedom, etc., then these fears must be eliminated by deep PEAT. You can, of course, gather your will into a fist and go against these fears with your chest to the embrasure with the hope that you will overcome them. Of course, you will do it, but instead of wasting your nerves and time, I recommend treating them with Deep Peat.

    B) If minor fears come up (for example, the fear of a specific obvious situation in the future), then this situation is easiest to fix, spend a minute of time and defuse it with a “twist”.

    b) Finally, if you feel fear but can't identify it unequivocally - I highly recommend taking the good old BSFF technology (this is not Slavinsky's technique, but a technology that preceded his techniques), decompose fear into aspects and work through ...

  • 3. Elimination of self-sabotage

Self-sabotage is the most frequent topic with which clients contact me. When a person "feels inner resistance to work", or "cannot do what he wants", or "cannot do something", or "he has low motivation" - this is classic self-sabotage. The problem of self-sabotage is successfully and quickly solved by Slavinsky's technologies, but the solution to this problem may not be at all what you expected.

I'll start by talking about what happens when a person gets rid of self-sabotage.
Many expect that as a result they will become, roughly speaking, robotic executives who can take the old plan and start working on it. Perhaps I will disappoint someone - a robot performer in the truest sense of the word will not work out of you. As a result of eliminating the problem of self-sabotage, a free person appears. Free from the problem and its consequences.

If self-sabotage makes you unfree and poisons the present moment "here and now" with various negative emotions, then after solving the problem of self-sabotage you get the freedom to consciously do what you like, what you intend to do, want and can; and do not do what you think is not necessary. And after this decision, sit down and do what you decide. If we return to the example with the robot-executor, then everything depends on the plan. You will definitely understand if the plan does not suit you, and you can freely refuse it in favor of another. However, it is up to you to find the plan of action that will suit you.

When you have the freedom to choose what to spend your time on, it may happen that you make a free decision not to do what you are doing now. Just be ready for it. In any case, your decision will be correct and over time you will understand that, finally, you have freed yourself from the concept of "should" and have come to the concepts of "I want", "I can" and "I will".

    Self-sabotage elimination algorithm:

First, you can take self-sabotage as such and work through it with Deep Peat. For many people, one session is enough to no longer notice this problem in their lives. But, as I have already said, often the problem of self-sabotage is a whole conglomeration of problems, and it must be approached in a complex manner.

So, to eliminate self-sabotage from your life:

    1) If you feel self-sabotage and low motivation, then first of all I recommend expanding your zone of freedom and establishing desirable character traits (see the chapter of the same name). This will allow you to be productive and productive at the right time. efficient person who can do what he wants.

To do this, you need to write out a list of character traits that you lack (let me remind you - these can be both your character traits and the positive qualities of people that you want to borrow) and then integrate them into yourself using DP4.

    2) Next, you need to pay attention to the emotional background that you experience when you notice the problem of self-sabotage. Usually self-sabotage generates a whole range of emotions:
    - internal resistance, protest
-irritation with oneself, others and one's affairs (irritation can develop into anger or anger).
-fear (what will happen to me if I don’t do what I should right now)
    - resentment towards yourself and the world around you, a sense of guilt towards other people for not keeping promises
overwhelmed by the current situation and so on...

In order to finally eliminate self-sabotage, it is necessary to find the main emotional roots that accompany it and eliminate them with deep PEAT. Count on an average of 7 sessions.

Now why is it needed. The fact is that a person usually resists negative emotions accompanying self-sabotage. The Buddha also said that we are what we resist. Or in other words: "resistance gives persistence". Once you eliminate the emotional roots that accompany self-sabotage, you will no longer resist it. In fact, self-sabotage will have nothing to rely on. Therefore, self-sabotage as a phenomenon will simply disappear from your life. The word "self-sabotage" will turn into an uncharged and meaningless jumble of letters.

When resistance disappears, you get the freedom to consciously choose: to do or not to do each specific thing. And choose without nerves and worries.

    Pendulums

Finally, I want to note: the problem of self-sabotage and low motivation is not just found in many people: it usually contains a very large charge. Sometimes it happens that while working with a problem, a deeply hidden charge will surface and self-sabotage will intensify for a while. This is a temporary phenomenon, sometimes called a "pendulum". (In general, "pendulums" in Slavinsky's technologies are practically not found, but as for self-sabotage, some people can notice them). No need to be afraid, on the contrary: you need to look at what has appeared there and defuse fresh problems using all the methods that are available to you.

The problem of self-sabotage can really be completely and irrevocably solved with the help of Slavinsky's technologies so that it ceases to influence your life and ceases to limit you on your path. But I recommend doing this only if you are ready to become a Free Man and be responsible for all your actions.

  • 4. Improve relationships with people

This is a short chapter, but it contains very important information. The fact is that almost all human problems are tied to other people. And this is due to the fact that relations with other people have " normal person" are usually not in the best shape. Overt or covert conflicts every day have a detrimental effect on the quality of life.

With the help of energy therapy, you can remove the negative emotional background from relationships with people around you.

Algorithm for harmonizing relations with a specific person:

    1) If there are obvious problems in the relationship - it is necessary to formulate them ("I hate X", "X infuriates me", "I am afraid of X" and so on) - and eliminate each problem with the help of Deep Peat.

    2) Identify with this person (imagine that I am he) and look at myself from his point of view: what do I feel, what does he feel towards me? Discharge his point of view on himself with Deep Peat.

    3) The next step is to work with the "twist": write out all the negative events from the past associated with this person.

"Scroll" these events, and then scroll through all the images of this person that you can imagine. Usually, after three images, there is no negative left. Working with the “twist” is the final chord. It probably won't take more than half an hour.

(I want to note that you cannot feel negative about the very essence of a person, you can only feel negative about his image that has developed in your mind, so I recommend defusing every image that you can imagine)

After the main emotional charge has been eliminated between you, and you have integrated the image of a person into yourself, your relationship becomes natural. You eliminate unconscious reactions to this person and gain the freedom to communicate with him in the way you want it. Or stop communicating on your own.

Here another question may arise: if there is a good relationship with a person, then why integrate (eliminate) his image with the help of a “twist”? The answer is very simple: so that you can perceive this person naturally, without the prejudices and filters that have developed in your mind, which prevent you from perceiving the person as he really is. If you perceive a person through the prism of patterns and beliefs (even if they are to some extent positive) - these are filters that restrict you from getting a natural and complete communication experience. As soon as you remove these filters, communication will move to a new qualitative level.

    We put an end

In the life of almost every person, you can find a situation when a relationship with another person has ended, but there is a feeling of their incompleteness. It could be "unrequited love" in adolescence, a relationship with a close relative who has died, or a friend who lives in another country. Usually such relationships put pressure on the soul with a heavy burden and cause a lot of trouble.

As people say - a person must be "let go", and it will immediately become easier. So, in order to guarantee letting go of a person and putting an end to such relationships, it is enough to follow the three steps listed above: Work out the problem from my point of view, from his (her) point of view, and then defuse the episodes from the past with a "twist".

After you work through the main people in your life according to this algorithm, only after this procedure will your emotional background increase significantly. Communication with people will bring pleasure and will become a powerful source of positive.

  • 5. Return of sexual desire

Very interesting application of the DP4 technique to sex life. I will give an example for men, women can find an analogy and carry out the process from their point of view.

I'll start with an example given by Zhivorad Slavinsky. His client complained: “I love my wife, but, unfortunately, over time, I completely and irrevocably lost sexual attraction to her. I enjoy looking at erotic magazines, porn models excite me, but I don’t feel anything like that for my wife.”

A small lyrical digression: one feeling for the wife and another feeling for the playboy model is the most natural polarity. These are two polar states, and since there is a charge between them, a person cannot experience them at the same time: that is, being with his wife and experiencing the feelings that he has for models from magazines.

Slavinsky asked the client to bring to the process a magazine with a photo of the girl who excites him the most. They started the DP4 process: on the one hand, the client took the image of his wife (for whom he did not feel anything); on the other hand, the image of a sexual model (for whom he had a strong attraction). They removed all the charge between the two images within 20 minutes. Slavinsky wanted to continue working and work through the problem from the other side, but... the client got ready and ran away to his wife.

What the client got - the freedom to feel with his wife the same feelings that he had for the model. If earlier his feelings for his wife were limited, these restrictions simply disappeared.

Thus, in order to diversify your sex life, on the one hand, you can take the image of your sexual partner, on the other hand, the image of a person for whom you have a special feeling (which you cannot experience with your partner right now). In a few minutes, with the help of DP4, you remove the charge and get the freedom to experience the same feelings for your partner that you could previously experience only for another person.

A wonderful technique, I tried it myself, and as a source of unusual sensations, I took not only models, but also ordinary acquaintances or unfamiliar girls for whom I had unusual feelings. Gorgeous!

Perhaps you have a question: if I integrate the image of two women, to one of whom I had no sexual attraction, why by the end of the session I feel attraction to both, although theoretically nothing prevents me from, on the contrary, stop being sexually attracted to the second?

The answer here is really simple: after a person removes the charge between two polarities, he gets the freedom to choose either one or the other polarity at his discretion. And since a person is inherently positive, he usually chooses a positive polarity.

That is, the answer will be this: nothing prevents you from ceasing to be attracted to the model, but this makes no sense, and the person freely chooses something else: to have positive feelings for both women.

  • 6. Integration of actual polarities

Zhivorad Slavinsky collected big list polarities that most often turn out to be the primary polarities in his clients. The polarities on this list usually contain a lot of charge, so Zivorad recommends integrating all the polarities on the list with DP4 - this will remove quite a lot of charge from the subconscious, which is probably restricting you from a free life.

As a reminder, trying to guess which of these polarities are your primary is pointless, primary polarities are automatically found and integrated during the first successful Deep Peat process. Moreover, your pair of primary polarities may not be on this list.

  • Primary polarities

Deep PEAT penetrates to the very depths of the problem and neutralizes its root cause (key polarity), Zhivorad Slavinsky discovered a phenomenon that he called the Primary Polarities or Personal Codes of a person.

Primary polarities is a pair of polarities that forms the most fundamental problem of this person

  • Questions and answers

Q: What is the PEAT process like? Is it psychotherapy?

Answer: PEAT is not a psychotherapy or a medical procedure. This is a technical procedure that, according to a special scheme, discharges material emerging from the subconscious (pictures, emotions, sensations in the body and thoughts) and uses several acupuncture points to neutralize the charge and reach the primary roots of the problem.

Question: Is it possible to solve any problem with the help of PEAT?

Answer: PEAT works with subjective (personal) problems. You will work with objective phenomena yourself. Let me give you an example: it is raining outside. It's not a problem - it's a phenomenon. The problem may be your attitude towards rain: "I hate rainy weather", "Rain makes me feel very sad" and so on. After solving the subjective problem, you are freed from negative reactions to the rain, and you have the freedom to react to this phenomenon in the way that suits you: open a big umbrella, enjoy walking in the rain, stay at home, or pay no attention to the rain. Of course, PEAT deals with much more serious problems.

Question: Is it possible to use PEAT alone to solve your problems?

Answer: Yes, PEAT can be used in SOLO mode. Working in tandem with the processor is faster and more efficient, but if you practice, you will easily master these techniques. My goal for the first five hours of work is not only to neutralize your problem and find the primary polarities, but also to demonstrate the Deep Peat and DP-4 techniques so that you can work with them yourself.

Question: Is it possible to improve physical health with the help of PEAT?

Answer: It is possible, but it is not easy. PEAT effectively solves emotional, psychological and spiritual problems. And although I see a lot of feedback on improving health, I do not give such a guarantee and do not deal with physical problems. However, you can get rid of the negative experiences associated with health, and then take care of your body without delay and stress.

Question: Is l and PEAT suitable for all people?

Answer: No, unfortunately I do not work with people who do not feel emotions, or who try to control the process during work. In this case, PEAT simply does not work.

Question: How is the installation of desirable character traits? What is this, hypnosis?

Answer: PEAT works in the exact opposite way. The difference between your current state and your desired state is polarity. I am like this, but I want to be different. After neutralizing the charge between the two polarities, the subjective difference between these states disappears, and you can enter a new role or stay in the old one at will.

Q: PEAT is a magic pill?

Answer: No, this is not a magic pill or a panacea - because even with this technique you have to work. However, each session gives quick, tangible and stable results.

Q: Will the integration of the primary polarities solve all my problems?

Answer: Of course not. But usually a significant part of the problems from the past ceases to exist and turns into a meaningless (“uncharged”) set of words.

Question: Can my problem return in the future? (Can the polarities separate again?)

Answer: Theoretically yes. Nothing in a person is eternal and a person changes over time. The mechanism that allows you to change attitudes to problems and remove the charge between polarities leaves the possibility of changing in any direction. However, this usually does not happen: PEAT solves problems at the deepest level and eliminates their energetic roots, which gives confidence in stable and long-term results.
